Etern Therapeutics hosted a Science Day event to celebrate the opening of its new headquarters in the Wuxi National High-Tech District (WND) on Oct 29.

奕拓医药总部项目及无锡高新区生物与化学交叉研究成果转化平台于2023年9月落地高新区，总部项目预计共投资20亿元，将入驻无锡国际生命科学创新园（I·Campus）二期，计划聘请顶级院校的科研人才建设国际一流水平的相分离技术研究实验平台，继续深耕医药创新领域，在未来5-10年中，在平台上孵化10-15个临床前项目和5-8个临床项目，并推动2-3个产品上市，为全球的医药事业做出更大的贡献。

The new headquarters, along with the WND Biological and Chemical Crossover Research Results Transformation Platform, were established in September 2023. The headquarters project, with an anticipated investment of two billion yuan ($281 million), is located in the second phase of the Wuxi International Life-Science Innovation Campus (I·Campus). Etern Therapeutics plans to leverage the new headquarters to build a world-class research and experimental platform focused on phase separation technology. This plan includes recruiting top research talent from leading academic institutions worldwide. Through this platform, the company aims to incubate 10-15 pre-clinical projects and five to eight clinical projects over the next five to 10 years, ultimately launching two to three new products. This expansion will contribute to the global pharmaceutical industry, solidifying Etern Therapeutics' position as an important innovator in the field.

近日，长城战略咨询发布《中国潜在独角兽企业研究报告2024》，其中，无锡高新区至讯创新、华辰芯光、天芯微半导体、索力德普、芯河半导体、吴越半导体等13家企业入围中国“潜在独角兽”企业榜单，占无锡市入选总数52%，位居全市第一。

Great Wall Strategy Consultants recently released the "China Potential Unicorn Enterprises Research Report 2024," featuring 13 companies from the WND on the list of China's "potential unicorn" companies. These include UNIM Innovation, WINCO Semiconductor, Alpha Semiconductor Equipment, Solid Power, GalaChip, and Goetsu Semiconductor. WND companies make up 52 percent of Wuxi's overall selections, ranking first in the city.

In recent years, the WND has been dedicated to establishing a tiered nurturing system for businesses—from startups to publicly listed companies—in pursuit of its goal of becoming a world-class high-tech park. This system supports fledgling enterprises, gazelle enterprises, potential unicorns, and unicorns. The companies selected this year operate primarily in integrated circuits, innovative pharmaceuticals, and commercial aviation sectors, with a combined valuation nearing $2.8 billion.

10月26日，凝视智能科技航空浮空器研制项目合作协议及投资协议签约仪式在高新区举行。

江苏凝视科技有限公司的临近空间浮空器处于业内领先水平，是世界上仅有的两家实际完成超过100天连续在空飞行测试的技术团队之一。此次项目签约后，企业将继续开展研发和生产工作，提高技术水平，积累临近空间气象、地磁等核心数据，快速扩充数据资源，提升企业的市场竞争实力，将为高新区深海空天产业发展注入新的动力。

Jiangsu Ningshi Technology stands at the forefront of near-space aerostat technology, being one of only two teams in the world to successfully complete continuous flight tests lasting over 100 days. With this agreement, the company aims to advance its R&D and production efforts, improve its technical capabilities, and gather critical data on near-space meteorology and geomagnetism. These endeavors are expected to rapidly expand the company's data resources and enhance its market competitiveness, injecting new momentum into the WND's emerging deep-sea and aerospace industries.
