11月4日，亚泽半导体零部件及石英材料研发生产基地项目签约落户无锡高新区。

Asherad, a Beijing-based quartz material supplier, signed an agreement on Nov 4 to establish a semiconductor component and quartz material research and development (R&D) and production base in the Wuxi National High-Tech District (WND). 

北京亚泽石英材料有限公司是国内少有的掌握上游原材料制备技术，集生产、研发、销售于一体的全产业链制造企业。此次签约的项目，由高新区会同市南北结对帮扶合作连云港市前方工作队与项目方多次沟通后达成共识，计划总投资30亿元。项目的落地将助力无锡乃至长三角地区半导体产业的强链补链，提高我国半导体材料及核心零部件的自主可控能力。

As one of the few domestic companies possessing upstream raw material preparation technology, Asherad integrates production, R&D, and sales across the entire industry chain. The agreement, reached following multiple discussions between the WND, Wuxi's North-South pairing assistance team cooperating with Lianyungang City, and Asherad, outlines a planned total investment of three billion yuan ($420 million). This project will strengthen and supplement the semiconductor industry chain in Wuxi and the broader Yangtze River Delta region, contributing to China's self-sufficiency and control over semiconductor materials and core components.

11月4日，在中国和匈牙利建交75周年之际，无锡高新区代表团来到匈牙利欧布达大学，签署无锡高新区与欧布达大学合作备忘录，并挂牌设立“中匈火炬创新中心”。

On Nov 4th, in celebration of the 75th anniversary of diplomatic relations between China and Hungary, a delegation from the WND visited Óbuda University in Hungary to sign a Memorandum of Understanding and officially launch the China-Hungary "Torch" Innovation Center.

此次签约挂牌，正是呼应国家战略、深化中匈合作的“高新担当”：依托无锡高新区的产业优势，借助欧布达大学科研优势、人才优势，双方建立双边技术研发合作机制，维持及拓展稳定高效合作资源，支持中匈校企创新主体联合开拓新市场、新赛道，同时，通过双向赋能，建强中欧产业创新区。

This agreement reflects the WND's commitment to supporting national strategies and strengthening Sino-Hungarian ties.  By combining Wuxi's industrial prowess and Óbuda University's research expertise and talent, the partnership aims to promote collaborative R&D in technology. This collaborative approach will ensure and expand continuous access to valuable resources, enabling businesses and academic institutions in both countries to jointly explore new markets and emerging sectors. Through mutual empowerment, this partnership will help bolster the development of Wuxi Sino-European Industrial Innovation Zone.

11月5日，第七届中国国际进口博览会正式开幕。此次进博会，无锡高新区报名参展注册单位近百家，参展单位主要涵盖技术装备、汽车、医疗器械及医药保健、特医食品等多个领域。其中，在我区有投资的重点参展商展位25个，采购成交意向额预计达4.25亿美元。

The 7th China International Import Expo (CIIE) kicked off on Nov 5 in Shanghai, with nearly 100 companies from the WND taking part. These companies span diverse sectors, including advanced manufacturing, automotive, medical devices and pharmaceuticals, and foods for special medical purposes. Notably, 25 of the exhibitors with existing investments in the district are expected to secure deals worth an estimated $425 million.

江森自控、西门子、阿斯利康、SK集团等多家在高新区投资兴业的企业，在进博会上闪耀亮相，展示最新技术创新成果。高新区也将持续借力进博会这一“平台”，链接全球、开放创新。

Prominent companies like Johnson Controls, Siemens, AstraZeneca, and SK Group, all with a presence in the WND, showcased their cutting-edge technologies at CIIE. The district plans to continue leveraging this premier platform to forge global partnerships and drive open innovation.
