在以往的电子音乐场景下，合成器Live Set通常由一位现场音乐人独立完成，呈现方式与内容形态更接近于DJ Set。而本次“棋逢对手”舞台，将对此进行改变：以两两合一的“背靠背”形式，通过两位非固定组合的合成器演奏者之间的互相配合，共同呈现音乐现场。而每组双人组合奏完毕后，在活动的最高潮部分，“棋逢对手”将转入一个特别的环节：DAWless Jam Session，以抽签方式对现场音乐人随机分组，并互相搭配演奏。现场的音乐人之间或许并不相识，或许相识但未曾有过合作，毫无疑问，会充满意外，但毫无疑问，会充满惊喜……这种舞台形态，DAWless茶馆称为LIVE II LIVE。它将传统Live Set的封闭性内容转变为开放性形态，将极大地提升Live Set的舞台张力。
你也许能在国外找到一些“棋逢对手”的影子，例如STOOR主办的Live in Paradiso系列，已被发扬光大并成为每年阿姆斯特丹电音节（ADE）的一大特色舞台。
LIVE II LIVE的舞台形式，对每位演艺人员提出了极高的技术能力与现场经验要求。本次“棋逢对手”，除了从大洋彼岸飞到中国的Trovarsi（洛杉矶），现场还云集了十多位中外合成器好手。包括张剑DNS（横滨）、王懿EAU、Rusty Chuan（德国）、Andrew（加拿大）、圆形科技局Yue、夏天XIA、JiN、Herbix、HUFF、电子人、SPOTLITE等。而先锋视觉艺术家LOXEL LI将以编程影像的方式，为“棋逢对手”提供视觉支持。
此外，在演出活动正式开始前，将有一个简短的Workshop环节，由各位演出人员分享各自经验。
In addition to Trovarsi from LA, there will be dozens of China and International synthesizer Live Act veterans gathered at the "LIVE II LIVE" stages, including DNS (Yokohama, Japan), WangYi EAU, Rusty Chuan (Germany), Andrew (Canada) ,YUE, XIA, JiN, Herbix, HUFF, RENN, SPOTLITE, etc. The avant visual artist LOXEL will provide live visual support for this stage. Born in the heart of Wisconsin, she pursued the music and culture of the underground. Growing up, techno and house was always on rotation. Prominent DJs of the 90s such as Jeff Mills, Joey Beltram, Frankie Knuckles, Cajmere, Felix da Housecat, Miss Kittin and last but definitely not least The Belleville Three are some of her influences and continue to be a source of inspiration in her music. ![]()

Trovarsi is an active content creater, she works with multiple famous synthesizer manufactures and stores, and continously sharing her knowledge and experience on synthesizer thru Yotube.
在个人音乐事业之外，Trovarsi也是一名音乐教育家与文化传播者。她创办的南加州合成器协会（SoCal Synth Society）通过合成器手工制作、展演和工作坊等活动来推广大众对硬件电子音乐的兴趣，同时她在DubLab Radio创办了Transduction Signal栏目，按月度对电子音乐领域内各类有趣的人进行深入访谈。
In addition to her personal music career, Trovarsi is also an active music educator and cultural ambassador. EAU means water in french, reflected in his music, it feels like time floating and thoughts drifting. EAU sets his focus on contemporary and electroacoustic music, in which sound acts as a communication medium. His sound works intend to express a calm emotion in stereo construction with multiple dimensions.

音乐人， 声音艺术家, 居于日本横滨。
DNS的音乐融合了氛围、工业、Post Rock、Chill out 和碎拍等风格，并以合成器为主要的表达方式。他的创作手法结合了摇滚音乐的爆发力和氛围音乐叙事般的宇宙视角。作为东京地下电子音乐圈的活跃分子，DNS 正尝试与不同艺术家合作并将他的音乐扩展到多媒体实验艺术领域。

DNS is a musician and sound artist based in Yokohama
DNS's solo project is primarily presented through analog system and computer technology. His musical styles include ambient, industrial, post-rock, chill-out, and broken beats. His creative approach encompasses the explosiveness of rock music and a narrative-like cosmic perspective, which is also reflected in his distinctive live performances. As a regular performer at underground electronic music clubs in Tokyo, DNS is carving out his own electronic music style and is beginning to extend his music into the realm of multimedia experimental art.

LOXEL LI
银灰色，像混沌之气，然后依照生长样式，随机变形，成为我们可以理解的形象。直到开始有了颜色，按图索骥朝着光谱走去，在灰度中调和出红、紫、绿，或是任何能给我们生命暗示的色彩。有天学会了奔跑、产生不受金属液体的阻隔念头，会发光、发热，也会消耗能量，但不会感到疲倦。"
数字艺术家LOXEL LI的自我简介抽象但极具画面感，数字图像是她用以叙事的语言，通过充满科技幻想和人文色彩的新媒体艺术呈现方式在现实生活与幻想世界中创造出了畅通无阻的虫洞，带领观者潜入她的精神宇宙。
Silvery gray, like the air of chaos, and then randomly deformed according to the growth pattern, becoming an image we can understand. Until colors begin to appear, follow the diagram and move toward the spectrum, blending red, purple, green, or any color that can give us a hint of life in grayscale. The self-introduction of digital artist LOXEL LI is abstract but very visual. Digital images are the language she uses to narrate. Through a new media art presentation full of technological fantasy and humanistic colors, she creates an unobstructed connection between real life and the fantasy world. The wormhole leads the viewer into her spiritual universe.
JiN
他是一名当代艺术家，一直以来他都下意识地在作品中隔绝自己的内心。有朋友说他“比起表达，似乎疑惑更多，就像是一条静置在湖里的小船，停着的时候最好看。”对JiN来说，做音乐有时候就是制造产生声音的条件，让声音自己生长，有时候长着长着就脱离了JiN的控制，学会了自己表达。
JiN is a contemporary artist, and he has always subconsciously isolated himself in his works. A friend said that he "seemed to be more puzzled than expressive, like a boat sitting still in a lake, it looks best when parked." For Jin, making music is sometimes creating the conditions to produce sound, allowing the sound to grow on its own, and sometimes getting out of Jin's control as it grows, and learning to express itself.
Rusty Chuan
现居住在上海的德国电子音乐人LiveAct Rustychuan, 沉迷电子音乐已超过25年。深受九十年代后期慕尼黑和法兰克福Rave俱乐部的影响，他的表演现场使用硬件及模块合成器来诠释303风格的Acid, Detroit等经典 Techno,近些年他的现场演出遍布于中国各地的电子俱乐部。
Shanghai based German LiveAct who has been addicted to electronic music for more than 25 years. Influenced by the Munich and Frankfurt clubs in the late 90ies, his live performances with Synthesizer, Drum machines and Modular spread between classic Techno, 303-style acid with a touch of Detroit.

Andrew
Andrew非常热爱合成器和声音制作。在离开多伦多的电声和即兴表演舞台近 20 年后，他有机会重返中国的模块合成器社区。Andrew对音乐的爱好始于管风琴，早期过有一段音频工程师的职业生涯。在找到合成器这个终身爱好之后，他现在正深入到 DIY 和黑客音频电路的世界，他希望能分享并介绍给更多的中国观众。
Andrew loves synthesizers and sound production. Stumbling into the modular synth community in China has given him the chance to return to performing after almost 20 years removed from the electroacoustic and improv performance scene in Toronto. After beginnings in concert organ, an early career in audio engineering, and a life-long pursuit of hobby synthesis he is now getting deeper into the world of DIY and hacked audio circuits which he hopes to share and promote to a wider audience in China.

来自PRE的一员，从DJ的路上走到模块合成器玩家，实验，无调性，即兴，不好跳可能都是他的标签。现在让自己的模块系统变得更加简单一些。
A half of PRE, he went from DJ to modular synthesizer player. Experimentation, atonality, improvisation, and difficulty in dancing may all be his labels. Now make your module system a little simpler.
圆形科技局 Yue
模拟媒介创作团体「圆形科技局」局长，模拟合成器演奏专员，从2012年开始进行合成器现场表演活动，崇尚无法被数字化，无法被复制的，具有灵性的事物。多年以来，他不断地探索研发各种技术，不停用身体磨练调制技巧，始终对能触摸到的东西抱有真实的信仰。作为模拟媒介狂热者，科技研究者，他在现场演出时不喜欢使用电脑，基于模拟审美来进行创作和演奏，时常精益求精，导致Pattern总是写不完。
Eggstudio (Yue), chief of the "Circular Technology Bureau", an analog media creation group, and a specialist for analog synthesizers, has been performing live synthesizers since 2012, advocating spiritual things that cannot be digitized or copied. There, he studied under esteemed musicians Jamie Taylor and Mike Walker, becoming well-versed in the art of jazz and contemporary music. As a music producer, he shares his personal works across various online platforms. His music showcases a unique fusion of electronic, jazz, and hip-hop elements, providing a refreshing auditory experience. Additionally, he excels as a DAWless tea house shopper and conducts extensive research in the realm of electronic music live sets.

热衷于制作研究实验电子与bass音乐，不同于寻常制作手段他喜欢把音色进行疯狂的调制解构随机重组运用到歌曲当中，为他的live set增添扭曲极端的色彩。
他犹如一架永不停歇的飞船在音色宇宙中遨游 ，励志于设计出不属于地球的声音。acid 和金属音色也是他歌曲中重要的元素。
He is keen on producing and researching experimental electronic and bass music. Different from ordinary production methods, he likes to use crazy modulation, deconstruction and random recombination of timbres in songs, adding a twisted and extreme color to his live set.
He is like a never-ending spaceship traveling in the universe of sounds, inspiring to design sounds that do not belong to the earth. Acid and metal sounds are also important elements in his songs.

「 DAWless茶馆」馆长，电子音乐人与策划人，数字音频研究者与合成器发烧友，Novation等国际厂商合作艺术家。他执着于利用模块合成器与节奏鼓机构建的无宿主主义演出工作流，并尝试挑战无4/4拍的电子音乐。
Curator of DAWless Teahouse, electronic musician and events planner, digital audio researcher and synthesizer live act. Cooperational artist of well known instrumental manuature such as Novation. He is striving to turn back the 4/4 stereotype of club live music, with modular gears and grooveboxes.
