本案是一套准新人的精装新房，由于是作为婚房为前提来居住和使用，原本的精装房既满足不了业主对美学的追求，也达不到他们对新家的功能追求和居住体验，因此我们对他们的家做了改头换面的改造计划，在风格上参考小两口想要的生活状态和喜欢的极简、侘寂风格，在功能上依据他们对未来生活的规划和个性定制需求。他们喜欢极简而静的家，喜欢更加舒适方便的生活动线，喜欢开放充满互动的开放式新家...以此为基层，为业主打造一个兼具颜值、质感、舒适的家，是我们对所向往的美好生活的具象体现。
设计理念
当下人们的生活压力与日俱增，简单温馨的家居环境更能使人心情放松，获得真正的平静与沉淀。设计师选择在他们的新家里做减法设计，用极简的造型和回形的动线，尽可能的减少繁复的装饰和烦扰，同时拆除墙体解放厨房，取消一个次卧纳入主卧，形成居住体验更好的套间主卧......精简造型和开放空间为生活定义，将目光聚焦在窗外的江景、家庭的温馨和舒适的居家互动里。

新家的餐厅与玄关一体，通顶的鞋柜提供足够的收纳，通高的全身镜与柜子结合，柜门选择极简的无把手造型，用以尽可能的为生活做减法，让生活更加简练。以餐桌为中心，整个玄关和餐厨区一起形成回字形的生活动线，成倍扩大了空间层次感，无主灯的采光设计与冷暖色调结合。使空间之间和谐立体、自然灵动，而灵活多变的空间，会让生活变得更加简单且有趣。
The restaurant and entrance of the new home are integrated, with a rooftop shoe cabinet providing sufficient storage, a high body mirror combined with the cabinet, and a minimalist handleless design selected for the cabinet door to minimize the subtraction of life and make life more concise. Centered around the dining table, the entire entrance and kitchen area form a zigzag lifestyle line, doubling the sense of spatial hierarchy. The lighting design without main lights is combined with cool and warm colors. Making spaces harmonious and three-dimensional, natural and dynamic, and a flexible and ever-changing space will make life simpler and more interesting.

餐厨区
从客厅看向餐厅，通铺的仿微水泥的奶油白色地砖，赋予居家场域脚踏实地般的厚重感，简洁的吊顶一平到底，削弱家的边界感，餐桌上方垂落一盏吊灯，金属色的灯罩低调而不失质感，一张长方形的餐桌静静的摆在灯下，通体黑色的岩板岛台式餐桌为现场制作，灯光在表面反射出缎面的光泽感，展现寂静优雅的生活美学。整个平面统一高度，减少桌面与岛台的高低差带来的使用不便，让生活减少意外，更多些实用性。Looking from the living room to the dining room, the gray floor tiles resembling micro cement are laid all over the place, giving the home a sense of solidity. 原来的厨房推拉门和外扩的墙体被拆除，从此解放出狭小的空间，将其融入整个家的布局中来。利用极简造型的柜体，将整块的通顶餐边柜和厨房的橱柜相连接，侧边的三联动折叠门为餐厨区划出独立的分界线，同时解决开放式厨房油烟的问题，用细节为生活托底，同时强化实用功能和颜值。奶油白的柜门与地面同色，整个餐厨区由奶油白色做底，黑色占据主要C位，金属银灰色作为中间过渡，让空间的视觉效果更加整体和谐，可抛却繁华，赋予餐厅舒适温馨的高级氛围。The original sliding kitchen door and the expanded wall were removed, freeing up a small space and integrating it into the overall layout of the home. By utilizing a minimalist design without handles, the entire rooftop sideboard is connected to the kitchen cabinet. 客厅在沉稳内敛之中又透着几分浪漫又缱绻的韵味，墙面涂抹奶油色的微水泥，一面是大体量的深色系沙发，另一面是奶油白色的电视背景墙，深浅的合理配比带来大气沉稳的氛围，顶部的圆形吊顶柔和了整个空间的锐利感，让家更具协调美感。The living room exudes a sense of romance and affection in a calm and restrained atmosphere. The walls are coated with cream colored latex paint, with a large dark sofa on one side and a creamy white TV background wall on the other. The reasonable ratio of depth brings a calm atmosphere and the space is more harmonious and beautiful.沙发选择和吊顶同样的弧形，柔美的弧线撞上深沉的黑色，用色彩和线条对空间进行梳理，和地毯、圆几一起形成围合式布局，暗合上家人对家庭生活的期许。沙发背后的空间被制作成慵懒休闲的水吧区，同样黑白配色的柜体，再利用亚克力的材质特性配合灯带，打造自带灯光特效的酒柜，同时简练的柜体造型也是这处空间的主旋律，简单经典又耐看。阳台一侧的柜体改用镜面做柜门，利用光学折射的原理，巧妙的从视觉上扩宽家的空间领域，让窗外的江景足足扩充一倍有余，同时也成为了洗衣机和烘干机的绝佳掩藏外观，外侧的梦幻帘引入自然光线，好似为客厅蒙上了一层柔光滤镜，每个角落都明亮而治愈，让居者在此静谧地享受美好时光。The sofa chooses the same arc as the ceiling, with a gentle arc that collides with deep black. The space is organized with colors and lines, forming a enclosed layout with carpets and round tables, which reflects the family's expectations for family life. The space behind the sofa has been made into a lazy and leisurely water bar area, with the same black and white color scheme of the cabinet and a simple design without handles, which is the main theme of this space, simple, classic and durable. 原阳台门被拆除，异形的阳台空间被纳入客厅内，无法拆除的立柱用圆弧造型来弱化存在感，视觉上更显温柔，阳台封窗搭配梦幻帘，让自然光线肆意地在居室内挥洒。梁体也被包裹进来，浅浅的为空间分出界限，让家更具层次。The original balcony door has been removed, and the irregular balcony space has been incorporated into the living room. 由于原有的浴室无法满足业主的需求，于是干脆将阳台较为宽阔的一侧打造成居家度假的spa浴缸区，地面抬高10cm做地台，用以和阳台面积做区分，上置一个纯黑色的椭圆形独立浴缸，落地的镀烙色水龙头和壁挂线性灯为这里增加些许精致的气质，顶面角落的圆形和弧线立柱呼应，柔和了整个区域的气质，设计师在此利用几何块面自带的体块，打造光影映照下的立体感，塑造出业主想要的丰富视觉艺术享受。温柔而不失浪漫，为居者构筑起一个自然纯粹的环境空间，身处其间可感受到大地般的亲近与舒适。居者可以在闲暇时刻于此处放松身心，荡漾的水波和窗外的江水同频，悠悠闲闲度过懒散的休闲时光。On the wider side of the balcony, at the request of the owner, this area has been transformed into a spa bathtub area for home vacations. 主卧延续公区的简练和高级，低矮的床和弧线的吊顶，让这片区域弥漫着淡淡的柔软气息，深色调的木地板沉淀出稳重温柔的自然格调，使睡眠空间多了几分细腻和高级。床头一线淡黄色的隐形灯带，勾勒出背景墙的曲线，隐约间透露出几分暖意，整个床头素雅轻盈的造型营造出静谧安宁的氛围，将卧室烘托得无比温柔。The master bedroom continues the simplicity and sophistication of the public area, with a low floor bed and curved ceiling, filling the area with a faint soft aura. 卫浴空间是在原有的基础上进行材质“更改”：在原有的瓷砖表面涂刷微水泥，从视觉上调整卫生间的美学氛围，一点点底色的改变就能引起空间的质变。卫浴区采用通透、半开放的空间、干湿分离的布局，大面积的玻璃隔断让人的视觉维度无线延伸，打破了传统功能空间的界限，镜柜、收纳柜、壁挂马桶......不同材质之间的搭配碰撞，处处透露着精致，在傍晚时刻，室内与窗外形成鲜明的对比，百叶窗为时光加工，定格的晚霞给人无限的遐想。The transparent and semi open bathroom space, with a dry and wet separation layout, breaks the boundaries of traditional functional spaces and removes unnecessary barriers. 次卧同样选择了经典的黑白配合和简练的造型，用减少色觉扰乱的方式，延续了公区干净、舒适的环境氛围。不走常规路的床位，让家在有限的空间里容纳下更多的收纳区，占据整面墙的极简衣柜和床交织相依，在不同的美学与机能之中获得平衡，从而呈现治愈日常的生活场景，沉淀出一个使人内心安定的空间力量。The second bedroom also chose the classic black and white combination and concise design, reducing the disturbance of color perception and continuing the clean and comfortable environment atmosphere in the public area. A bed that does not follow conventional paths allows the home to accommodate more storage areas in a limited space. 环顾整个房间，浓淡适宜的色调搭配，温柔沉静的木地板，以自然光铺陈，飘窗位的保留用以内心中的一处安稳和悠然自在。用至简的造型，给空间增添了一份轻盈与干净。一扇窗、一线暖黄灯光与墨色背景相互调和，与空间中勾勒斑驳的光影线条，家居从来不用款款出彩，只需一笔点睛，就能融入生活之间，伴着居者进入甜蜜的梦乡。The daughter's room is laid out in a fresh pink color, from top to bottom and then to the top, with a combination of wooden flooring, full of playful and casual color matching, allowing the room to achieve a temperature balance between childlike fun and life.
