本案是一套为孩子准备的学区房，兴许每一个父母在他们的新生命呱呱坠地的那刻，自我的生命就拥有了崭新的意义，这关于家庭，也关于爱和延续。父母会期待孩子的人生趋吉避险，会用自我的经验引导孩子，在这个过程中，父母的言传与身教起着举足轻重的作用，而另一个不容忽视的外在环境因素亦是如此，于是本屋案例应运而生——一所为了小朋友上学与养成好习惯的温馨房屋。
设计理念
本屋案例是父母为孩子打造的学习场所，在小朋友上学期间，每一个周一至周五都将和家人在此度过，出于对功能性和居家氛围的考虑，设计师选择了温馨的奶油色系，以及让互动满分的开放式布局，同时在材质和颜色的选择上，也会往这些方面靠拢：实木、洞石、纱帘......我们还在空间之中融入了更多实用性的功能，诸如榻榻米、下沉式玄关等等，使其空间和居家体验变得更加经典实用。

由于空间布局的限制，新家的餐厅与玄关一体，设计师在这里选择用“下沉式玄关”来区分开家和外界的界限，让家拥有层次感。极简的收纳柜从入户左手边起，集换鞋凳、鞋柜、餐边柜等功能于一体，为了保持视觉效果的整齐，通顶的鞋柜拥有了足足60cm的进深，被设计成可以同时容纳两双鞋超大容量，将一家人的需求都满足。玄关区域的柜体底部留空，加入灯带，予以空间轻盈感。
Due to limitations in spatial layout, the restaurant and entrance of the new home are integrated. The designer chose to use a "sunken entrance" here to distinguish the boundaries between the home and the outside world, giving the home a sense of hierarchy. The minimalist storage cabinet starts from the left side of the household and integrates functions such as shoe changing stool, shoe cabinet, and sideboard cabinet.

KITCHEN AREA
餐厨区
从玄关向餐厅，开始正式踏入家的空间内。餐厅是入户后第一个经过的功能性区域，吧台搭配餐桌的经典设计，和通顶的餐边柜一起形成灵活的回形动线，在强化功能性的同时营造出秩序感。黑白是这里的灵动精灵，它们总是恰到好处的出现在视线的汇聚处，时而纯净，时而稳重，交相辉映，仿佛看多久都不会疲劳。From the entrance to the restaurant, we officially step into the space of our home. The restaurant is the first functional area to pass through after entering the house. The classic design of the bar and dining table, combined with the rooftop sideboard, forms a flexible loop, enhancing functionality while creating a sense of order.
视线继续向前蔓延，彻底进入了餐厅空间，1.4米的吧台和3米长的餐桌之间利用金属元素为空间界定，一平到底的吊顶连接起家的空间，完整且连贯的餐厅和客厅让整屋避免太过杂糅，无主灯更显开阔空旷，吧台上悬一盏吊灯作为补充照明餐椅的材质和造型各自有别，原木条凳的加入让家更有团氛围，同时用这种自然的木色来进行空间的转化，避免了突兀的感觉。The line of sight continues to spread forward, completely entering the dining room space. 让阅读成为习惯是本屋装修的另一小细节。取消了传统意义上的客厅，让其变作了类似与书房又有别于书房的区域，从言传到身教，让孩童从小在阅读的氛围中找寻书籍中藏着的大千世界是父母给予孩子的浪漫。以慵懒法式做底，采用“图书馆式”设计，兼顾美观与实用，客厅在沉稳内敛之中又透着几分浪漫又缱绻的韵味。客厅抛弃传统的沙发布局和电视背景墙，以一整面墙的开放式书架搭配电子壁炉，与长长的餐厅区域相互配合。轻巧的沙发散落在厅里，一家人饭后或午后，随意聚在一起，或是亲子活动，或是家庭互动，都是极好的选择。从实用出发的装修美学，是尊重生活与房屋的新时尚。The living room exudes a sense of romance and affection in a calm and introverted manner, with a lazy French style base and a "library style" design that is compatible with aesthetics and practicality. The living room abandons the traditional sofa layout and TV background wall, and adopts a full wall open bookshelf with an electronic fireplace for a library style design that complements the long dining area. 白色作为客厅的主基调，奶油色的洞石成为背景墙，让整屋配合自然光拥有了澄澈与纯净。简洁的空间线条勾勒出客厅轮廓，开阔通透的视野，和透亮明净的玻璃推拉门，吊顶用弧线造型增加空间层次感，随意摆放一张小几和单人沙发，火焰在旁跳动，生活如同画卷缓缓展开，如多巴胺的配色为时光增加活泼气质，留白就是等待生活的故事来填满。White serves as the main tone of the living room, while cream colored cave stones serve as the background wall, giving the entire room a clarity and purity that complements natural light. The concise spatial lines outline the outline of the living room, with a wide and transparent view, and a bright and clean glass sliding door. 由于是只有一家三口常住，设计师选择保留一个次卫，腾出更多的面积用以收纳，三分离的格局，让家庭的早高峰更加从容，不再拥堵。新砌的墙体中留出壁龛来收纳，墙排水意在减少妈妈的家务重任，再以洞石的材质与客厅牵起一条隐隐可见的联络线，化零碎的空间为一个整体。Due to the fact that there is only one family with three permanent residents, the designer chose to retain a second bathroom to free up more space for storage. The three separate layout makes the morning rush hour of the family more leisurely and no longer congested. A niche is left in the newly built wall for storage, and the wall drainage is intended to reduce the burden of mother's household chores. MASTER BEDROOM
主卧
卧室中的地台床与原木色仿佛让人看见了日系风格的影子，自然与舒适是屋主所希望的，将其融入房屋的生命脉络之中，去掉风格的标签，收获独特的住家体验。The floor bed and natural wood color in the bedroom seem to evoke the shadow of Japanese style. Nature and comfort are what homeowners hope for, integrating them into the life of the house, removing the label of style, and gaining a unique living experience.![]()
主卧是不同于公区的简练和高级，低矮的床和奶油色的墙，让这片区域弥漫着淡淡的柔软气息，浅浅色调的木地板沉淀出温润柔和的自然格调，使睡眠空间多了几分细腻和高级。床头一线淡黄色的隐形灯带，勾勒出背景墙的曲线，隐约间透露出几分暖意，整个地台床以素雅轻盈的造型营造出静谧安宁的氛围，将卧室烘托得无比温柔。The master bedroom continues the simplicity and sophistication of the public area, with a low floor bed and curved ceiling, filling the area with a faint soft aura. The dark colored wooden floor exudes a steady and gentle natural style, adding a touch of delicacy and sophistication to the sleeping space. The faint yellow invisible light strip on the front of the bed outlines the curve of the background wall, faintly revealing a hint of warmth. The elegant and lightweight design of the entire bed creates a quiet and peaceful atmosphere, setting off the bedroom in an incredibly gentle manner.摒弃一个卫生间改造而来的衣帽间，两排顶天立地的高柜用以收纳，满足主卧中收纳不足的缺陷。房间尽头的窗前设置悬浮桌用以梳妆，侧边的衣柜留出一线空白为床头引入光线，自然光是生活最好的滤镜。在柜门的处理上，同样采用镜面折射的手法，光线透过玻璃窗与空间融合，反射出更为广阔的空间视觉感受，让家保持着一种感官上的平衡，空间尺度也更具趣味性，仿佛可在那一束阳光下，看见生活的影子与吐息。Abandoning a wardrobe converted from a secondary bedroom, two rows of towering high cabinets are used for storage, meeting the shortcomings of insufficient storage in the master bedroom. 儿童房的使用面积有限，设计师选择用榻榻米+书桌的形式，为小朋友打造一处兼顾学习、休息和收纳的小小堡垒！用内置收纳空间的榻榻米抬高整个睡眠区域，并在床头设置软包避免磕碰伤害，上下床的楼梯中的第一阶台阶，设计师特意设置了感应灯带，增强生活居住的体验感。床的侧边，是用75cm的书桌作为床的保护，提升美观的同时，也为榻榻米赋予第二项“学习”的功能。The usable area of the children's room is limited, and the designer has chosen to use tatami and a desk to create a small fortress for children to balance learning, rest, and storage! 次卧选择了经典的黑白配合和简练的造型，用减少色觉扰乱的方式，为居者提供干净、舒适的环境氛围。书桌兼顾床头柜使用，通顶的衣柜和极简的造型，在不同的美学与机能之中获得平衡，从而呈现治愈日常的生活场景，沉淀出一个使人内心安定的空间力量。The second bedroom features a classic black and white combination and a minimalist design, providing residents with a clean and comfortable environment by reducing color disturbance. The desk combines the use of a bedside table, a top-notch wardrobe, and a minimalist design, achieving a balance between different aesthetics and functions, thus presenting a healing daily life scene and precipitating a spatial power that stabilizes the mind.
