本案是一套老房改造项目，业主带着她窄小的厨房找到我们，想拥有开阔的餐厨空间和灵活多变的亲子活动区、喜欢温馨的颜色和开阔的布局、想要一家四口都能拥有各自独立的空间...希望未来的家能让生活慢下来，家人围坐一起，慢品人间烟火色，闲观万事岁月长。
设计理念
因为是二手房，房子存在很多能够优化的地方，设计师根据业主一家人的生活习惯和审美偏好，重新规划空间：将原窄小阴暗的厨房，拆改成开阔大气的开放式厨房；以餐桌为中心打造灵活的洄游动线；儿童房定制上下床充分利用空间......在一条条具象化的需求项目中，一个无限温柔的家渐渐显现出轮廓，把每一次归家都化为仪式感，用空间为生活制造浪漫。
ENTRANCE
玄关
改变从入户玄关开始：入户左侧被界定为换鞋&收纳的区域，靠近门口的墙面用黑色木饰面+洞洞板做背景，下方设置换鞋凳，让日后的出行归家更显从容。为免空间压抑逼仄，换鞋凳特意做成柔和的弧线型，用以和后续的通顶鞋柜衔接过渡，再将镜子和无把手柜门相结合，利用镜面反射的原理，让原本有些窄的玄关过道，在视觉上手动扩大一倍有余，利落的线条与曲折的形态共和出空间的美学内核，简洁有力。
The change starts from the entrance gate: the left side of the entrance is defined as the area for shoe changing and storage. The wall near the entrance is decorated with black wood veneer and hole boards as the background, and a shoe changing stool is set below to make future travel and returning home more leisurely. In order to avoid space oppression and cramping, the shoe stool was specially made into a soft curved shape to connect and transition with the subsequent rooftop shoe cabinet. Then, a mirror was combined with a handless cabinet door, and the principle of mirror reflection was used to manually double the originally narrow hallway visually. The sharp lines and tortuous forms create the aesthetic essence of the space, which is simple and powerful.
LIVING ROOM
客厅
拆除阳台门垛，归入客厅空间，重新定义家的空间功能，借开放敞亮的结构关系，迎接每天日升日落的变幻之美，透过大幅的落地窗保留外界景色，营造置身自然的轻盈松弛状态。无法拆除的梁体，用弧形吊顶和保留原始面的方式弱化它的存在感，在硬装的选择上，再次扩展简洁调性，省略冗余陈设，为家人在这个繁杂纷扰的世界里，空出一处静享区域。Dismantle the balcony door buttress, put it into the living room space, redefine the space function of home, welcome the changing beauty of sunrise and sunset every day through the open and bright structural relationship, preserve the outside scenery through the large french window, and create a natural light and relaxed state. The beam body that cannot be dismantled is weakened by using curved ceilings and retaining the original surface. In terms of hard decoration selection, simplicity and tonality are once again expanded, redundant furnishings are omitted, leaving a quiet and enjoyable area for families in this complex and chaotic world.电视墙没有做过多的收纳和装饰，用最简单的极简悬浮电视柜承担基础的收纳功能，墙面和顶面涂刷成偏暖的奶油色，无论是地板的木色，亦或是沙发的淡奶油色等，整体都是让人逐渐放下戒备的暖色调。不会产生长时间注视的疲劳感，反而让人在不自觉间融入整体空间，放松自我。The TV wall does not have too much storage and decoration, and the simplest floating TV cabinet is used to undertake the basic storage function. The walls and top surfaces are painted in a warm cream color, whether it is the wood color of the floor or the light cream color of the sofa, the overall color is a warm tone that gradually puts people off guard. It does not create a sense of fatigue from prolonged gaze, but rather allows people to unconsciously integrate into the overall space and relax themselves.![]()

沙发侧才是客厅的重点，墙面做简单的几何块面造型，顶部暗藏和侧边暗藏暖色灯带，用以增加空间的体积感和层次感；原阳台区域的吊顶下是黑板墙+洞洞板强强联合的活动区域，配上两把小椅和克莱因蓝圆几，不失童趣的同时充分调动起空间的利用率，把原本就不小的阳台空间，改造成两娃未来的活动区，无把手的沙发将客厅和这里无缝衔接，也将父母的休闲空间和孩子们的“游乐场”接轨。The sofa side is the key point of the living room, and the wall is designed with simple geometric block shapes, with warm light strips hidden at the top and sides to increase the volume and layering of the space; Under the suspended ceiling of the original balcony area is a strong combination of blackboard walls and hole boards, paired with two small chairs and Klein blue round tables, which not only retains childlike charm but also fully mobilizes the utilization of space. The originally large balcony space has been transformed into a future activity area for two children, and the handleless sofa seamlessly connects the living room with this area. It also connects the parents' leisure space with the children's "playground".![]()
视线从客厅向外蔓延，来到次卫的功能区空间，设计师对这里的空间进行重新规划，湿区缩小，将外侧的干区打造成家庭洗衣房，通顶的洗衣柜也起到界定空间的作用。原本用以隔断的墙体，取中留空，以不同于地板和墙漆的岩板材质装点，氤氲开的波纹如同画作，自然的衔接转化了两种功能的空间，避免了突兀的同时强化家的美感。脚边的感应小夜灯，点亮了夜色，也点亮了生活。
The line of sight extends from the living room to the functional area of the second bathroom. The designer has re planned the space here, reducing the wet area and transforming the outer dry area into a family laundry room. The rooftop laundry cabinet also serves to define the space. The wall that was originally used as a partition is left blank in the middle and decorated with a rock panel material different from the floor and wall paint. The dense ripples are like paintings, naturally connecting and transforming the space of the two functions, avoiding abrupt changes while enhancing the beauty of the home. The sensing night light at the foot lit up the night and also lit up life.
KITCHEN AREA

餐厨区就在入户玄关的右侧，通过拆墙把厨房从墙体和移门的重重桎梏中解救出来，选择用开放式一字型厨房搭配餐边柜，形成以餐桌为中心的灵活洄游动线，让原本窄小而昏暗的厨房，变成开阔明亮的烹饪区域。通体黑色的极简餐边柜，腰部留空用如同水墨画的岩板做背景，经典黑白配色是这里的灵动精灵，它们总是恰到好处的出现在视线的汇聚处，时而纯净，时而稳重，交相辉映，仿佛看多久都不会疲劳。The dining and kitchen area is located on the right side of the entrance entrance entrance. 从另一侧观赏餐厨空间，透明的亚克力桌腿，兼顾支撑和美观两大功能，其材质的透光性让餐厨区域的自然光线得以自由蔓延，从而减少区域空间的闭塞感。橱柜和餐边柜都选择无把手样式，避免孩童追逐时会产生的磕碰受伤，镜面的柜门也更加方便打理卫生。从实用出发的装修美学，是尊重生活与房屋的新时尚。Viewing the kitchen space from the other side, the transparent acrylic table legs balance the two major functions of support and aesthetics. The transparency of its material allows the natural light in the kitchen area to freely spread, thereby reducing the sense of closure in the area. Both cabinets and sideboards are designed with no handles to avoid collisions and injuries that may occur when children chase them. The mirrored cabinet doors are also more convenient to maintain hygiene. The decoration aesthetics based on practicality is a new fashion that respects life and houses.
MASTER BEDROOM

主卧延续公区的主基调，朦胧半透的卷帘，让睡眠区配合自然光，从此拥有了澄澈与纯净的氛围。简洁的造型线条勾勒出睡房的轮廓，白色和木色交织，如同画卷缓缓展开，空间里空出适当的留白，等待生活的故事来填满。The master bedroom continues the main tone of the public area, with a hazy and semi transparent rolling curtain that complements the sleeping area with natural light, thus creating a clear and pure atmosphere. The concise design lines outline the outline of the sleeping room, interweaving white and wood colors, like a painting slowly unfolding, leaving appropriate white space in the space, waiting for the story of life to fill.普通人的家里同样能拥有套房卧室，秘诀就在她家的衣柜里：在主卫入口处设置L型的拐角衣柜，靠墙一侧延伸出一部分，解决床头柜的功能需求，还能避免卫生间门正对床的尴尬局面，同时也主卧规划出一处步入式的“衣帽间”，用以存放换洗的衣物。柜体的尾端设置一面可以旋转的穿衣镜，打破空间过于规整的秩序感，底部的圆形装饰和镜子的椭圆边角，都为空间氛围的柔化起到至关重要的作用。Ordinary people can also have a suite bedroom in their home, and the secret is in their wardrobe: an L-shaped corner wardrobe is set up at the entrance of the main bathroom, with a part extending against the wall to meet the functional requirements of the bedside table, while avoiding the awkward situation where the bathroom door is facing the bed. A rotatable dressing mirror is installed at the end of the cabinet to break the overly organized sense of order in the space. The circular decoration at the bottom and the elliptical corners of the mirror play a crucial role in softening the atmosphere of the space.床头用半高的木饰面做背景墙，清透的亚克力化妆凳和质朴的木质，为卧房打造屋主所希望的自然又舒适休息氛围。为今后可能会出现变化的生活考虑，选择了可以移动的成品梳妆台，方便后续的更替。将生活的变化融入房屋的生命脉络之中，去掉风格的标签，收获独特的住家体验。The bedside is decorated with a half height wooden veneer as the background wall, with clear acrylic makeup stools and rustic wood, creating the natural and comfortable resting atmosphere that homeowners hope for in the bedroom. CHILDREN'S ROOM

在儿童房的改造上，选择了业主要求的上下床设计，在有限的空间里打造独属于孩童的游乐园。床被分成两部分：下方是舒服安全的睡眠区，墙面用定制软包包裹起来，床头的隔断和床尾的收纳柜为孩子打造包围式的避风港，安全感满满；用收纳性楼梯连接的上方空间，是孩子的玩耍区，长城板和圆形镂空造型为这里增添童趣氛围，直通吊顶的爬梯也能满足孩子好动探险的天性。In the renovation of the children's room, we chose the bed up and down design required by the owner to create a unique amusement park for children in limited space. The bed is divided into two parts: below is a comfortable and safe sleeping area, with the wall wrapped in custom soft bags. The partition at the head of the bed and the storage cabinet at the end of the bed create an enclosed haven for children, providing a full sense of security; The upper space, connected by a storage staircase, is a children's play area. The Great Wall board and circular hollow design add a childlike atmosphere here, and the climbing ladder that leads directly to the ceiling can also meet the children's nature of being active and adventurous.![]()
换个角度看儿童房，除了美观，收纳也是整个房间的重中之重，楼梯、床体都充分利用空间设置了收纳区，床尾更是定制了通顶的极简衣柜收，满足小姑娘未来的收纳需求。温柔的米色中加入一抹跳动的橘粉，为空间增色。软装与硬装的整体风格悄然呼应，平衡住空间美学，让其融化成不可分割的整体。Looking at the children's room from a different perspective, in addition to its aesthetics, storage is also a top priority for the entire room. The stairs and bed are equipped with storage areas that utilize space, and the bed end is equipped with a customized hidden handle storage cabinet that connects to the top, meeting the future storage needs of the little girl. Add a touch of orange powder to the gentle beige color to add color to the space. The overall style of soft and hard decoration quietly echoes, balancing the aesthetic of space and melting it into an inseparable whole.![]()
在儿童房的窗前放置一张学习书桌，半透的卷帘过滤掉过于强烈的阳光，保护孩子稚嫩的眼睛。侧边的墙面同样设置好黑板墙和通顶的开放格收纳柜，为宝贝未来养成良好的收纳、学习习惯做准备。
