本案是一套毛坯的叠拼项目，总共四层的宽阔面积和优秀的层高，给了设计师很大的发挥余地。屋主夫妻有着自己的审美取向，在追随品质的同时，也关注空间实用性与细节的处理，尤为偏爱高品质、有质感的家具，希望家回归舒适本质，不刻意，不强化，自然而然。
设计理念
在设计中，我们结合屋主的实际需求，和房屋本身的特质特性，以优雅法式为基调，融入现代意式的简练奢华，用混搭的处理手法，最大限度地保留家的独特感。用美学处理空间关系，用低调细节体现设计。大面积的石质元素，点缀金属与木质，赋予空间高贵与个性，铺排出极具浪漫感的法式美学，精挑细选的单品不囿于风格，精致素雅的陈设融入空间，从多维度的细节中，呈现出优雅品质的生活氛围。自此屋主与家更相辅相成，生活也更具仪式感。
业主对玄关有高品质的要求，希望拥有优质的玄关入户体验；1楼需要有一个舒适卧房，给男主人休息用。![]()
1、调整入户的动线和格局，改为独立式玄关，并新增了换鞋区；2、通过拆改墙体，利用隐藏式的推拉玻璃门，将餐厅和厨房合并，做成单独的区域；
3、在客厅处修建隔墙，凭空增加一个卧室，同时增设独立内卫做套房设计，并减少客卫的面积，在过道为卧室打造步入式衣帽间，充分利用每一寸用以收纳。
ENTRANCE
玄关
“精致且独立”是玄关的第一印象，通过对墙体的调整，减少玄关处面积的浪费，释放出更多的空间留给餐厨区。取消传统的入户即鞋柜的布局方式，一幅画、一张玄关桌，品质感黑色用以压阵，让空间氛围雅致豁达，钢琴石膏线和黑色拱形门套的细节处理，让普通的浅灰底色，也迸发出不一样的细腻与优雅的状态来。

用黑色洒金的挂画开启新家的第一帧画面，侧边的罗马廊柱和石膏线条相映成章，为米灰色的色调中加入一丝丝复古感，成为艺术化的表达，让空间氛围优雅浪漫。穿过拱门，就是被独立出来的鞋帽间，通顶的鞋柜腰部留空，背景用大理石在上作画，墨绿色的换鞋凳让出行和归家都变得自如从容，还借助镜面的折射，从视觉上扩大空间，黑色及窄边框和线条的加入，让这块区间更具韵律和质感，渲染转折，明暗起伏...在穿行与溯回间，觅得自在，用静谧和闲趣打开对理想生活的向往。

LIVING ROOM
客厅
玄关的雅趣一路蔓延至客厅，我们保留了房屋本身的旋转楼梯，纯白色和蜿蜒而上的造型相配，自然灵动的曲线美学将家拉入感性优雅的氛围来，星星点点的吊灯在雕花灯盘的映衬下恍若星空，以一种平静柔和的方式浸润出沉静而绵长的空间氛围，家与居者共振，于纷繁里澄明本心，意向自在。The elegance of the entrance has spread all the way to the living room, and we have retained the rotating staircase of the house itself. The pure white and winding shape match, and the natural and dynamic curve aesthetics bring the home into a sensory and elegant atmosphere. The dotted chandeliers, set off by the carved lamp panel, resemble a starry sky, infiltrating a calm and gentle atmosphere of the space. The home resonates with the residents, clarifying their true intentions in the complexity, and the intention is at ease.![]()
伴随着钢琴键的一路延伸，客厅阳台被并入进来，用开放式的布局，横向的延展，拉伸了整个空间的尺度，体感上的通透给予生活更广阔的的视野。纯正法式的装饰和理智的黑白灰在这里相遇，碰撞出别样的火花。电视柜用隐藏式的手法处理，极简纯白的巴士门，本身即是装饰也是功能的一部分，让空间功能的切换更加丝滑自如，底部用黑色长城板和地台结合，让这里的价值不仅仅是收纳。阳台部分的柜体则修整成壁炉和收纳的组合，利用镜面的折射，巧妙的形成视线上的错觉，赋予空间更多现代气息的同时，营造出温馨浪漫的艺术美，身居其中，移步异景，氛围渐入佳境。With the extension of piano keys along the way, the living room balcony has been incorporated, with an open layout and horizontal extension, stretching the scale of the entire space, and providing a broader perspective of life with a sense of transparency. 沙发一侧的空间，则是回到美学本身的焦点，石材是茶几也是背景，弧形沙发的形状与旋转楼梯相契合，再来些许的金色，搭配弧线造型，用以处理生硬的90°转角。用适当的材质转变，和流畅灵动的曲线一起，在其间回转激荡，恰到好处的留白，写进生活的故事书，让时光变得饱满，就如烟火人间一样，放空才是人间至味。The space on one side of the sofa is the focus of aesthetics itself, with the stone serving as the coffee table and background. 客厅到阳台的转角空间，依据墙体制作圆润的体块，用玫瑰金的不锈钢和雕塑摆件，在生活里玩起美学的游戏。在体块的界面下，光线透过斑马帘洒在背景墙上，弱化了无法改变的空间结构，层峦叠起的线条，也令视觉层次更为丰富，明与暗、圆与直线，和谐的碰撞融合，烘托出巴黎落日般的浪漫氛围。The corner space from the living room to the balcony is created with rounded blocks based on the wall, using rose gold stainless steel and sculpture decorations to play aesthetic games in daily life. 餐厨区同样采用开放式的手法，墙体外推，解决初始结构上，操作空间的不足和动线的冲突，L型的操作台面和圆形的餐桌结合，吊顶的圆和空间的方正，暗合“天圆地方”的传统理念，让整个空间浑然一体，又独立于其他空间，嵌入式的家电隐藏了立柱，同时也弱化了空间结构上的冲突，让客厅、玄关、餐厨有了更为方便的动线交织。简单的色彩使目光聚焦于空间本身， 沉浸在这个空间的设计美学中。The dining and kitchen area also adopts an open style approach, with walls pushed out to solve the initial structural issues of insufficient operating space and conflicts in movement lines. The L-shaped operating table and circular dining table are combined, and the circular ceiling and square space are in line with the traditional concept of "round sky and place", making the entire space seamless and independent of other spaces. The embedded household appliances hide columns and also weaken the conflicts in spatial structure, making the living room The entrance and kitchen have become more conveniently intertwined. Simple colors focus attention on the space itself, immersing oneself in the design aesthetics of this space.![]()
天然石材、原木木料、柔软布艺相互融合，质感淋漓尽现。纯色柜体和自带纹理的石质台面、天花的圆形体块、没有吊柜的别致橱柜......黑色的圆形餐桌大气悠然，恰到好处的弥补正方形空间的空白，本案没有循规蹈矩，而是以单点连线的方式，激活全屋布局思维，让设计化为生活的一部分。The fusion of natural stone, raw wood, and soft fabric creates a vivid texture. Solid color cabinets and textured stone countertops, circular blocks in the ceiling, and chic cabinets without hanging cabinets The black circular dining table is atmospheric and leisurely, perfectly filling the gap in the square space. This case did not follow the rules, but instead activated the whole house layout thinking through a single point connection, making design a part of life.
BEDROOM
卧室
位于一楼的卧房，是属于男主人的个人空间，与客厅的公共区域做了风格区分，加入主人喜欢的意式和现代元素。用纯净的白作为底色，在空间铺陈开来，醇厚的咖色渲染出理性沉郁的氛围，原木色的木地板增加了整体的层次，用自然的气息平衡了现代风格的冷感，深深浅浅的色块叠加出规整有序的高级品质感。没有选择常规的床架，转用低矮的地台床，两侧靠墙，把安全感拉满。The bedroom located on the first floor is a personal space belonging to the male host, which is styled differently from the public area of the living room, incorporating Italian and modern elements that the host likes. Using pure white as the background color, it is laid out in the space, and the mellow coffee color creates a rational and melancholic atmosphere. The wooden floor in the original wood color adds an overall level, balancing the modern style coldness with a natural atmosphere. The deep and shallow color blocks overlap to create a neat and orderly high-quality texture. I did not choose a regular bed frame and instead switched to a low floor bed, with both sides leaning against the wall to ensure a sense of security.![]()
二楼是女主人和家里孩子的主要活动空间：家里有两个男孩，希望有各自的房间，但不能有太大差异，且需要一个学习玩耍的公共书房空间；女主人希望拥有自己的套卧，让起居更为舒适。![]()
1、将客厅上方的挑空，现浇筑楼板，并将阳台纳入空间，打造一家人的休闲书房区；2、将二层1/3的区域都划分给两个男孩做房间，几乎平等均分空间，保证两个儿童房都能有学习和收纳功能；
3、调整卫生间和卧室的动线，将干区外置，双台盆避免洗漱高峰期，修改卧室入口，建立独立的封闭式衣帽间+梳妆区，同时占用一部分书房面积，打造高柜满足收纳需求。

二楼的公共活动区，是利用了客厅挑空的位置新增了空间，同时将阳台并入进来，扩大日常活动的面积。一楼墙面的米灰底色、线条装饰，在这个空间得以延续，地面换用原木色的鱼骨拼地板，将法式的优雅和浪漫演绎的淋漓尽致。以书桌为中界线，将这块区域分为休闲沙发区和阅读区，用两张单人毛毛虫沙发取代一体式式沙发，搭配体积小巧的边几，灵活多变的组合方式更适合成长中的孩子。沙发背后的墙特意留出一盏壁灯，用作阅读补光，把生活的舒适度都安排在这些小小的细节里。The public activity area on the second floor utilizes the vacant space in the living room to add space, while incorporating the balcony to expand the area for daily activities. Replace the integrated sofa with two single caterpillar sofas, and match them with a compact side table. The flexible and versatile combination is more suitable for growing children. The wall behind the sofa has specially set aside a wall lamp for reading and lighting, arranging the comfort of life in these small details.另一侧的墙面布置上整墙的开放式书架，底部留出收纳篮来存储孩子的玩具和物品，为他们建立起良好的生活秩序。书桌特意选择了半弧形的款式，纯黑的木纹色用以压阵，灵动的造型打破黑色的沉闷感，和空间法式的浪漫氛围相契合，在这里看书、办公，格外惬意，清凉的午后，孩子小小的身影穿梭来回，笑闹之间，家就有了温度。On the other side of the wall, there is an open bookshelf with a storage basket at the bottom to store children's toys and items, establishing a good living order for them. 空间的美好源于艺术与自然，生活的舒适则源于合理的细节。考虑到这是女屋主的专属空间，我们大胆利用侧边的小开窗，打造独立于睡眠区的步入式衣帽间和梳妆台，并取消门的存在，减少动线上的冗余，实现酒店套房般的舒适居住体验。黑色门套的冷硬感，与梳妆台的温柔感相互碰撞，加上精致软装，时髦氛围溢出屏幕。The beauty of space comes from art and nature, while the comfort of life comes from reasonable details. Considering that this is the exclusive space for female homeowners, we boldly utilize the small side windows to create a walk-in cloakroom and dressing table independent of the sleeping area, and eliminate the presence of doors to reduce redundancy on the power line, achieving a comfortable living experience like a hotel suite. 儿童房的原始结构经过调整，形成一个规整的长方形空间，靠角落制作地台床，用定制软包包裹墙面代替背景墙，让小朋友更有安全感，还能减少磕碰。靠墙定制一整排的收纳柜，尽头做成书桌样式，能将小朋友的衣物、书本、玩具完全收起，也让卧室更整洁舒适。书桌设置在靠窗边，窗前还有休闲玩耍的攀爬区，小朋友可以舒适地写作业、看书，还能满足好动的天性，度过愉快童年。The original structure of the children's room has been adjusted to form a regular rectangular space. 解构卧室的功能布局，拆除原本卫生间的墙体后重新分配功能和空间：借助窗户打造学习的书桌区，并通过攀爬架的打造遮盖原下水管道，保证表面的整齐一致，同时通过针对性极强的攀岩板块和黑板墙，来满足孩子的喜爱偏好和玩乐需求。空间以上下床为中心，制作收纳型的楼梯和滑梯两种上下方式，不同的颜色、造型和几何形体丰富卧室的层次质感，让睡眠空间也能成为孩子的游乐场。Deconstruct the functional layout of the bedroom, demolish the original walls of the bathroom, and redistribute functions and space: create a study desk area with windows, and cover the original drainage pipes with climbing frames to ensure a neat and consistent surface.
