本案是一套毛坯的联排别墅，业主夫妻与三位老人同住，期望拥有一套能满足家人多元化需求，各得其所的房舍，业主的需求是我们绘下第一笔的灵感，而当我们听见其他居住者的想法，这份设计图便多一笔色彩，尊重家人的每一个需求，砌筑出一间多元化现代大宅。
设计理念
全案以低调平和的尺度渗入自带禅意的气质，同时利用比例、色系深浅、光影明暗营造空间的质感和氛围，通过现代简约的风格去承载屋主沉稳、优雅、大气的特质，利用原木与大面积的留白将整间房舍渲染的温润典雅，考虑到家里老人较多，设计师特意安排了家用电梯，将休闲娱乐与生活结合，饭香与欢笑共鸣，是梦想中的日常生活。
1、一楼作为整个别墅中的公共区域，主要用以待客、家人就餐、团聚；2、玄关通过对动线的调整，增加了封闭鞋帽间和多功能房，可以收起来的翻板床，让家拥有更多可能。

玄关是归家之始，设计师将这里的动线稍作调整，凭空新增一处独立的鞋帽间，用以满足业主一大家子的收纳需求。浅棕色的实木墙板和黑色立柱互相交织融合，和自顶部下照的灯光一起，为家打造出一幅山间雅景，通顶的隐形无框门将鞋帽间的繁杂统统掩盖，让归家离家前的收拾也变得从容不迫。The entrance is the beginning of returning home, and the designer has slightly adjusted the layout here, adding an independent shoe and hat room out of thin air to meet the storage needs of the owner and his family. The light brown solid wood wall panels and black columns interweave and blend together with the lighting from the top to create an elegant mountain view for the home. 从玄关走过，视角调转，利用拐角处的墙面为餐厅新增一组悬浮式的餐边柜，满足三代同堂所需的大量储物空间，实木色柜体和黑色背景墙搭配出沉稳雅致的气质，侧边同样运用灯光和摆件打造一处端景，稍远处就是家里的透明楼梯，黑色的壁炉隐于其后，隐约可见其中跳跃的暖黄火焰，成为家中明亮的一抹色彩。Walk through the hallway, turn the perspective, and use the wall at the corner to add a group of suspended sideboards for the restaurant to meet the needs of a large number of storage space for three generations in the same hall. 一楼的原始分区较多，阻碍了视觉的延伸性，为了增强了空间的流通性，客厅与书房的隔墙被打通，以两扇可以完全折叠收纳的推拉门作为分离隔断，让家更显灵活百变。整个空间以白色为底，木色用以辅助点缀，整个客厅区域显得亮堂堂，宽敞又开阔。地面是通铺的大理石地砖，将一楼的所有空间区域链接在一起，显露出大宅的气场与敞亮。There are many original partitions on the first floor, which hinders the visual extension. 客厅保留传统电视背景墙的布局，整面的收纳柜用黑白双色做搭配，腰部的开放格采用原木色的底板，为家融入些许自然清新的气质，侧边的阳台被打通，用通顶的玻璃门和百叶窗引入花园的光线，圆弧造型的吊顶与深灰色的软装家具，将客厅氛围塑造的硬朗又不失温柔，深浅不一的色系迎合着窗外的柔光美景，内外通透明亮，低吟浅唱着属于她家的沉稳与优雅。The living room retains the layout of traditional TV background walls, with the entire storage cabinet paired with black and white. 沙发背后的长桌或是饮茶之地，或是临时办公处，呈L型的折叠门是这处空间的隔断与闭合关键，即可完全收起，也可打开与客厅互通，形成开阔对流之势，尽显家宅敞亮通透。拐角处的空余区域，用一张三折屏风做装饰，和收纳柜同色系的搭配，将两处空间隐隐相连，能与家人共处，就成全了那一刻的团圆幸福。The long table behind the sofa, or a place for drinking tea, or a temporary office, has an L-shaped folding door that is the key to separating and closing the space. 餐厨区域是一家人的阖家相聚之地，出于家里长辈较多的考虑，设计师特意用小而圆的餐桌搭配中岛吧台来使用，可以灵活变动的改变就餐布局，两侧分别是通顶的餐边柜和西厨区，冰箱等一应厨房家电嵌入其中，在餐厅的窗边还特意留出台盆区域，聚餐时可以一起备餐、谈笑，飞速拉进了家人间的距离。厨房用玻璃门让其完全独立，更符合中国人的日常习惯，与岛台餐桌一起构成了一个多元化的空间，整合机能的同时还能从视觉上扩大空间，让每一顿饭都变得格外有仪式感。The dining and kitchen area is a place for families to gather together. For the sake of more elders in the family, the designer has specially used a small and round dining table with a Zhongdao bar, which can flexibly change the dining layout. 餐厅特意用圆形的吊顶呼应底下的餐桌，一反常规选用软膜天花灯，模拟自然日光，侧边的窗户引入室外花园的美景，人在屋里也能享受在室外就餐的自由洒脱之感。从餐厨往客厅看，也正好能享受到客厅阳台的绿意，尽头的墙上设置了电视区，内嵌的设计手法让电视也成为墙面的装饰之一，和谐又高级。The restaurant specially uses a circular suspended ceiling to echo the dining table below. Instead of using conventional soft film ceiling lights, it simulates natural sunlight. The side windows introduce the beautiful scenery of the outdoor garden, allowing people to enjoy the freedom and freedom of dining outdoors indoors. 随着透明楼梯向下，楼梯一侧还用树木石沙制作了绿意盎然的端景，随之展开的是一家人的悠闲生活。整个负一楼承载着屋主一家人的休闲、娱乐、与部分收纳功能，走廊尽头是一处密闭的储物间，电梯与端景浑然一体，走廊巧妙用镜面在视觉上展开延伸，灯带注入光明，形成一个幽深又安静的过道区域。As the transparent staircase goes down, one side of the staircase also creates a green end scene with trees, stones and sand, which is followed by the leisurely life of the family. 随着视线掉转，楼梯往下就是一家人的休闲区，台球室、茶室和底下花园汇聚于此。空间与空间之间用不同的材质以作区分，冷硬高级的石材是台球室的背景色，转而至茶室这一侧，即刻转换成温润高雅的实木墙板，长长的茶桌背后是一整面墙的开放格，用以放置茶具收藏，顶面的照明一反常规选择了软膜天花灯，打造自然光的既视感。As my gaze turned, the stairs led down to the family's leisure area, where the pool room, tea room, and garden below converged. 影音室作为一个需要安静的独立区域，被藏在地下室的深处，以黑色作为房间的主色调，无主灯的设计和整面墙的投影，这个空间没有用大量的照明，只用灯带和落地灯来提供低阶的灯光，再用可以灵活挪动的单人沙发和卡座，打造可以安静享受电影的“密室”。The audio and video room, as an independent area that requires quietness, is hidden deep in the basement, with black as the main color tone of the room. The design without main lights and the projection of the entire wall do not require a lot of lighting, and only light strips and floor lamps are used to provide low-end lighting. Additionally, a single person sofa and card seat that can be flexibly moved are used to create a "secret room" that can quietly enjoy the movie.
1、二楼整层楼都是休息区域，设计师利用整个空间，为家里的主要居住着打造了套间卧室；2、延续了一楼的禅意风格，用木色和留白打造静谧舒心的休息区域。

主卧延续主风格色调，大量使用留白和弧线线条，床头的利用圆柱和隔板，将立柱化为生活的背景墙，柔和了生活和家。无主灯配合落地窗，卫生间的干区特意做了吊镜，借此打破空间的隔阂，让风和光流通起来。黑色的背景色和镜柜将房间的颜色调和的幽暗深邃，在木色温馨的基调上，又增加了一些平和与质感。The master bedroom continues the main style tone, using a large amount of white space and curved lines. 长辈房也以大面积的木色铺底，床头背景墙选择了水墨山水画的护墙板，同样利用弧线造型将其与家融为一体，禅意幽静的同时也有独特的高级感。窗前打造飘窗柜，和悬浮书桌联通使用，床尾的一字型衣帽收纳柜足够满足长辈的收纳需求，通顶的极简柜门简化生活，格调与精致在细微处展现开来。The elder's room is also paved with a large area of wood color. The background wall at the head of the bed adopts the dado of ink Shan shui, and also uses the arc shape to integrate it with the home. 这是全屋颜色最为深沉的空间，阳台打通纳入房间，向上抬起了10cm的高度作为地台，无形之中为空间划分出功能分区，上下左右都用黑色的护墙板包裹，并随着床头延伸至卫生间区域，格栅打破黑色的单调，尽显高级质感。床尾的收纳柜改用和墙面同样的白色，和极简的无把手柜门一起，更显的空间整洁，和床头的黑色相配，更显房间安静整齐。This is the darkest colored space in the entire room.
