2021 年 6 月 1 日正式实施的《中华人民共和国未成年人保护法》规定：“学校、幼儿园应当对未成年人开展适合其年龄的性教育，提高未成年人防范性侵害、性骚扰的自我保护意识和能力。对遭受性侵害、性骚扰的未成年人，学校、幼儿园应当及时采取相关的保护措施。”
The "Law of the People's Republic of China on the Protection of Minors" was officially implemented on June 1st, 2021. It is stipulated that "schools and kindergartens should provide age-appropriate sexual education for minors to improve their self-protection awareness and the ability to prevent sexual assault and sexual harassment. For minors who have suffered sexual assault and harassment, schools and kindergartens should take relevant protective measures in a timely manner. "
为积极响应该法律规定，2023年10月26日，黄埔雅苑维多利亚幼儿园邀请了“儿童与青少年性健康教育”讲师团队，分别给幼儿园大班的孩子们开展了“保护身体隐私”的性健康教育，为孩子身心的健康成长保驾护航。

幼儿园大班阶段，是孩子从依赖成人逐渐过渡到独立照顾自己身体的阶段。认识和保护自己身体隐私是首要发展的能力之一。刘纯和刘菁华两位老师在课堂上通过和孩子们讨论男孩和女孩的不同，让孩子们快速进入课堂，进行话题“脱敏”，让孩子们懂得在课堂上可以坦然地和老师讨论和学习有关保护隐私的话题的。课堂中，老师们逐渐引导孩子们清晰认识男孩和女孩身体的隐私部位，以及在生活中如何做到保护自己的身体隐私，并且尊重他人隐私。坐在教室后排同步学习的家长代表们纷纷表示，两位老师用孩子听得懂的语言，帮助孩子从小树立隐私界线是非常重要，也是非常有必要的。
