It’s last call for kids from Grades 1-8 to register for the last of ClubFootball’s 2023/24 Winter Football Camps!
Our final camp of the Winter runs in the air-conditioned Dome at ISB from Feb 15-18th, with buses from Chaoyang making the camp accessible for all! As with all ClubFootball programmes, all sessions are coached by ClubFootball’s qualified coaches from UK.
Camps are open to boys and girls of alllevels, and focus on developing both the footballer and the child using the English Football Association’s ‘4-Corner Model’. This means that sessions include games and activities are designed to develop their social and psychological skills, as well as their football skills and game understanding!
Each day of camp has a daily theme, with players learning new skills, practicing them unopposed and then opposed, and then applying them in real match situations! Above all, camps make ‘the Beautiful Game’ fun! For full details, please see below.
ClubFootball 2023/24 Winter Football Camps Overview
The camp focuses on skills development, taught through fun holiday games and activities. Each day has a special theme, from learning the 1v1 skills of the tricky winger on Day 1, through to the fundamentals of goalkeeping and a World Cup tournament on Day 4!
Coaches ‘Introduce’ the day’s theme through a fun warm-up and technical activity where kids learn the theme's fundamental skills and techniques unopposed. Players then ‘Explore’ the theme in more detail in semi-opposed practices and learn to use the skills under pressure. In the last part of the session, players use their acquired skills to ‘Express’ themselves in a competitive environment with small-sided matchplay.
Over the week, the curriculum progresses players from the individual skills required to win your 1v1 duels through to working with team-mates in small-sided 4v4 matches! Each day, players are encouraged to work together to achieve common objectives through a range of fun and creative games and holiday activities that make kids think on their feet, as per the club’s coaching philosophy (details below).
The curriculum is adapted according to the age and skills level of the players, and is designed to build skills and confidence as the week progresses. Practices change each week to keep players who attend multiple weeks engaged and session content is different to ClubFootball's Summer holiday camps too!
All ClubFootball programmes are aimed at developing the whole child as well as the junior footballer in a structured but friendly and fun environment. In addition to building a passion for football and developing on-the-pitch skills and knowledge, the principles of teamwork, sportsmanship and leadership are emphasized throughout.

Camp fee is 3200 Rmb for the 4 days, with multi-course, sibling and referral discounts available (see details below).
Buses to/from ISB
Additional pickups at Sanlitun and Wangjing may be added depending on numbers, and buses will only run where a minimum of 6 players require transport. Cost per person for the bus is 300 Rmb per week. Players who can organise a group of 4 players or more from their community are entitled to door-to-door pick-up from their community to the bus at no extra charge
How to Register

1. Winter space is limited; please register asap to book a place. G1/5 Camps for those born 2012.09.01-2017.08.31, and G1-8 for players born from 2009.09.01-2017.08.31.
2. ClubFootball uniform (white/black) is available for players who don’t already have one. Cost is 200 Rmb for Nike shirt, CF shorts, socks and shinpads.
3. Families registering more than one child for the camp are entitled to a 10% discount on each sibling. Families registering 3 siblings enjoy a 20% discount on each.
4. Students registering for multiple camps are entitled to a 10% discount on their second camp and a 20% discount on their third and subsequent camps.
5. Bus fee is 300 Rmb for the 4 days, and provisional pickup points are Dongzhimen, Chaoyang Park and WAB. Pick-up from your community is available for groups of 4 or more. Contact us for details.
