全球气候变化的挑战已经不可忽视，而食物产业作为温室气体排放的主要来源之一，正逐渐成为应对气候变化的关键领域之一。我们每个人的饮食选择，都与环境息息相关。通过推动食物产业的可持续转型，我们不仅能降低碳排放，还能提升社会对低碳生活方式的认识和实践。
The challenge of global climate change can no longer be ignored, and the food industry, as one of the major sources of greenhouse gas emissions, is increasingly becoming a key area in addressing climate change. Our food choices are closely linked to the environment. By promoting sustainable transformation in the food industry, we can not only reduce carbon emissions but also enhance society's awareness and adoption of low-carbon lifestyles.
北京第二社区发起了“替代蛋白之旅”项目，并与GreenGeek合作，推出了第一个工作坊——可持续食物拼图工作坊。为了帮助大家更好地理解可持续食物及替代蛋白的关键作用，我们诚邀来自北京当地大学的学生和教师职工参加这一具有创新意义的工作坊。通过互动式学习、案例分享和思维碰撞，探索如何在校园餐饮、社区餐桌及全球范围内推动低碳食品和替代蛋白的可持续发展。
GSC Beijing II Hub has launched the "Alt Protein for Future" project and, in collaboration with GreenGeek, organized the first Sustainable Food Puzzle Workshop workshop. We warmly invite students and faculty members from local universities in Beijing to participate in this innovative workshop. Through interactive learning, case studies, and brainstorming, you will collaborate with participants from various fields to explore how to promote sustainable, low-carbon food in campus dining, community tables, and globally.
参与者还将有机会通过我们关于食品可持续性和替代蛋白的校园调查，表达他们的关注点，并分享他们对可持续食品问题的见解，同时获得导师专家的指导。
Participants will also have opportunities to voice their concerns and share their insights about sustainable food issues through our campus survey on food sustainability and alternative proteins, guided by our mentor experts.

About Alt Protein for Future
“替代蛋白之旅”由北京第二社区发起，并于GreenGeek共同合作，旨在显著影响北京地区对替代蛋白质的需求，从而为减少碳排放和缓解气候变化做出贡献。通过与当地大学、专业组织和低碳食品供应商等的沟通和合作，我们期望打造一个有利于替代蛋白质推广的环境，推动食品消费模式向更加可持续和积极的方向转变。
Alt Protein for the Future, led by GSC Beijing Hub II in collaboration with GreenGeek, aims to create a significant impact on the demand for alternative proteins in Beijing, contributing to the reduction of carbon emissions and the mitigation of climate change. Through strategic engagement with local universities, professional agencies, and suppliers, we aim to foster a supportive environment for the adoption of alternative proteins, leading to sustainable and positive changes in food consumption patterns.
