清代梁章钜在《归田琐记》一书中曾赞到:“武夷焙法，实甲天下”。武夷山岩茶焙火，是岩茶制作的灵魂，可以说武夷岩茶制作过程中把焙火工艺发挥到了极致。焙火与武夷岩茶的干茶外形、汤色、香气、滋味及叶底等关系尤为密切，是武夷岩茶最为关键、技术性最强，更是核心工艺，也是可以让武夷岩茶特征最为突显的关键环节。

关于岩上
"岩上"始于1998年,由首批中国制茶大师和非物质文化遗产传承人刘国英老师所创,集茶叶种植、加工、审评、教培、科研、推广于一体。岩上秉承“茶人为先、商人为后”的经营哲学,根植武夷,以顺天应时的生命哲学和发展理念,让茶与山相融共生。2008年,岩上代表之作“空谷幽兰”问世,十年磨砺，一朝名动茶界,盛誉穿越时光。“幽兰”更是成为岩上的精神符号和贯穿茶品的灵魂。
Yanshang was founded in 1998 by the first group of Chinese tea masters and intangible cultural heritage inheritors, Liu Guoying, who created it. It is a comprehensive enterprise integrating tea planting, processing, evaluation, training, scientific research, and promotion. Yanshang adheres to the business philosophy of "tea people first, business people second" and is rooted in Wuyi with a life philosophy of harmony with nature and a development concept of following the rhythm of the times. It allows tea and mountains to live in harmony.
In 2008, Yanshang's representative work, "Konggu Youlan," was launched, honed over a decade, it became a household name in the tea industry and its acclaim has endured through the years. "Ylang-ylang" has even become the spiritual symbol and soul of Yanshang's tea products.

“岩上”作为一家发源于武夷山，深耕了将近30年的著名岩茶品牌，在全国岩茶人心中有着不可撼动的地位。非遗传承人刘国英老师的女儿刘一焙，怀揣着对岩茶的热忱与执着，携品牌北上，精心挑选了王府井澳门中心大厦东北角的临街位置，开启了“岩上”北京首店的旅程。
"Yan Shang" is a well-known rock tea brand originating from Wuyishan, with a history of nearly 30 years, which has an unshakable position in the hearts of rock tea people all over the country. Liu Guoying, a non-heritage inheritor, and her daughter Liu Yipi, who is full of passion and perseverance for rock tea, went north with the brand and carefully selected a corner lot on the northeast side of the Macau Center Building in Wangfujing, Beijing, to embark on the journey of the Beijing flagship store of "Yan Shang".

武夷山“岩上”，距离北京“岩上”1371.8公里，“岩上”之北 向西5° 北京之南 偏东5°。北京“岩上”由武夷山“岩上”孕育而生，整体空间概念也由此而来。
Wuyishan "Yan Shang" is 1371.8 kilometers away from Beijing "Yan Shang", "Yan Shang" to the north, west5° to the south of Beijing, east5°. Beijing "Yan Shang" was born from Wuyishan "Yan Shang" and the overall spatial concept came from there.

整体大空间包裹着不同功能的小空间：大小各异的茶室、储物间、卫生间。小空间向西扭转5°遥望武夷山，散落于大空间之中，通过中央大厅的公共空间使之得到统一。
The large space envelops different functional small spaces: tea rooms of various sizes, storage rooms, and restrooms. The small spaces are twisted westward by 5° and scattered in the large space, and they are unified by the public space of the central hall.
在此之前，我们有机会到武夷山，拜访刘老师一家，也深入了解武夷岩茶复杂的制作工艺。决定整体空间色调从岩茶的焙火中汲取灵感。“焙火”是武夷岩茶与其他茶类最重要的区别，“焙火”也让岩茶的口感更加与众不同，深得茶人喜爱。Before this, we had the opportunity to visit the Liu family in Wuyishan and had a deep understanding of the complex production process of Wuyishan rock tea. We decided to draw inspiration from the roasting process of rock tea for the overall color scheme of the space. "Roasting" is the most important difference between Wuyishan rock tea and other tea categories, and "roasting" also makes the taste of rock tea more unique, deeply loved by tea lovers.黑色的基础色从炭火的底层挖掘而出，丹霞红一方面是火的隐喻，另一方面与武夷山独特的丹霞地貌呼应，增强品牌的产地属性。这种色彩搭配是独属于武夷岩茶的基因。The basic color of black is extracted from the bottom of the charcoal fire, and Danxia red is on the one hand a metaphor for fire and on the other hand it echoes the unique Danxia geological landscape of Wuyishan, enhancing the origin attributes of the brand. This color combination is a unique gene of Wuyishan rock tea.
The tall peak of "Ruo Gu" is a response to the name of the private room.”空山“，以空为主旨，此空间容纳两种不同的方式：四人对坐的长桌与多人长桌，为热爱喝茶的人提供更多的选择。"Kong Shan" takes "empty" as its main theme. This space accommodates two different ways of sitting: a four-person table for sitting face-to-face and a long table for many people, providing more choices for those who love drinking tea.”心舟“，为最小的包间，也是属于非遗传承人之女 刘一焙主理的新品牌”岩上心舟“的独立小空间，作为整个空间中唯一的榻榻米包间，小而饱满，独立且自洽，入口的造景，抬高的踏步，无不显示着此空间的独特。"Xin Zhou" is the smallest private room, and it is also the independent small space of Li Yipu's new brand, "Rocky Heart Boat", the daughter of the inheritor of non-heritage. As the only Tatami private room in the entire space, it is small but full, independent and self-sufficient. The entrance landscape, raised steps, and other features all showcase the uniqueness of this space.![]()

”兰径“ 顾名思义，由营造的路径进入包间，压低的入口，自由的汀步，为进入空间营造”径“的感受。"Lan Jing" literally means entering the private room through a path created by the designer. The low entrance and free pebble path create a "path" experience when entering the space.
