Its graduates have successfully gained admission to colleges in countries such as the UK, USA, Australia, Canada, Germany, the Netherlands, Ireland, New Zealand, Switzerland, Sweden, South Korea, Hong Kong-China, and more. GUIS’s comprehensive university support system provides a solid pathway for students on their journey to achieving their dreams. 

Starting in Grade 9, each student is assigned with a CAS adviser who provides personalized guidance in university planning and career development throughout their four years of high school. 

GUIS offers classes designed to prepare G9-12 students for university applications, covering what they should do now, the application process, and how to adapt to university life. 

GUIS organizes education fairs, and invites university admissions officers, giving students direct access to information about overseas universities and application advice. This interaction allows students to understand different universities' unique features and showcase their own strengths. 

CAS advisers hold individual meetings with students to track their development and provide tailored advice on college selection and gathering necessary application materials. 

GUIS facilitates participation in international standardized mock exams, helping students assess their academic abilities. This preparation helps to boost their performance on actual tests and enhances their competitiveness in the application process. 

GUIS frequently invites alumni, parents, and industry experts to share insights from their diverse professional experiences through lectures and career exploration weeks, helping students broaden their understanding of different career paths and discover their interests.

GUIS hosts workshops to engage parents in the university application process, covering required materials and tasks. This keeps parents informed about their child's progress and challenges, empowering them to support their students in developing effective application strategies. 

GUIS tailors support based on students' needs and grade levels. For instance, in Grades 11-12, it offers the Top up program, which includes after-school courses for students aiming for top-tier universities, helping them outline their personal plans well in advance of the application season. 

Additionally, GUIS focuses on fostering students' global citizenship. Through international exchange programs and community service activities students gain knowledge and develop leadership skills.
