The postdoctoral researchers will focus on:
Addressing urban transportation and logistics challenges using advanced machine learning techniques.
Developing smart city logistics solutions to optimize processes and improve efficiency.
Combining theoretical advancements with practical implementations for sustainable urban logistics.
Leading grant proposal writing to secure external funding.
Salary and Benefits
Gross Monthly Salary: 80,000–85,000 TL
Office Space: Dedicated workspace
Technology Support: Laptop or desktop computer provided

Required Skills and Experience:
Ph.D. in operational research, computer science, industrial engineering, applied mathematics, or a related field.
Expertise in operational research, machine learning, and data analysis.
Proficiency in mathematical programming, modeling, and metaheuristic algorithms.
Strong programming skills (Python, C++).
Experience in preparing grant proposals and securing research funding.
Excellent organizational and communication skills.
Fluency in spoken and written English.
Start Date: February 2025
