人心果，别称仁心果、赤铁果、在台湾又称吴凤柿、人参果、台语查某李仔、查某囡仔、英文称Sapodilla、马来文称Basiku或Buah Ciku、印尼文称Sawo、越南称Hồng xiêm、老挝称Lamood或Rarmood。是一种山榄科铁线子属的常绿中乔木。人心果之称来自广东，因纵剖面似人心而得。
人心果树原产于美洲热带，结果时间很长，大概要用一年时间。而未成熟的果实带青绿色，由于富含胶质及单宁酸，所以有点酸涩又带胶质很黏牙，因此不太好吃，像吃有沙的口香糖。所以，一般只能采完全成熟的人心果。人心果树身所含的乳汁称为“树胶”(Chicle)，从前是制造口香糖的主要原料。
