On January 16th, Haier Thailand held its 2025 Dealer Conference. In 2024, the Thai home appliance industry grew by 5.4%, while Haier Thailand led the industry with a 22% growth rate, continuously expanding its market share. Specifically, the company maintained the top position in sales share for residential air conditioners and freezers, while refrigerators and washing machines ranked in the top three. All product categories outpaced the industry’s growth, with residential air conditioners, refrigerators, and washing machines all achieving over 20% growth, and commercial air conditioners and water heaters growing by over 30%. The steady growth across all categories fully demonstrates the balanced development of Haier Thailand's product lines and its market penetration capabilities.
Focusing on its strategic goals for 2025, Dong Jianping, General Manager of Haier Thailand, stated, "The company will continuously innovate in product technology and IoT ecosystems to meet the growing needs of consumers. Simultaneously, we will also invest more resources in marketing, expand sales channels, and strengthen effective interactions with users and dealers."
At the conference, Haier Thailand launched differentiated new products, aiming to provide users with more intelligent and convenient living experiences. These included a groundbreaking air conditioner featuring Haier’s first AI voice control in Thai, smart refrigerators with IoT capabilities and large TM700 series,L+, Laundry Center and X series smart washing machines, freezers capable of reaching -60°C, commercial air conditioners with a powerful 48HP capacity, televisions with advanced display technology, and water heaters equipped with touch screens.
In addition, to target the younger demographic with a modern lifestyle, Haier is launching the new Candy ECO Master Series air conditioners, designed with an impressive No.5 energy efficiency rating of up to 3 stars, tailored exclusively for e-commerce platforms to meet the demands of modern, eco-conscious consumers.
