为进一步加强新时代廉洁文化建设，深入推进党纪学习教育入脑入心，2024年9月，外国语学院联合“经典译站”学习社举办的译廉史•聚廉心——“双语话红廉”演讲比赛圆满结束。
活动通过双语演讲的形式，将加强廉洁文化建设融入专业和实践，培养新时代大学生外语学科核心素养，在生动展示革命先辈勤廉史迹的基础上，传承并发扬党的光荣传统和优良作风，以红色文化涵养新时代廉洁建设，用外语讲好身边的“红廉故事”，传承“红廉精神”。

李建模的家书
Li Jianmo, who was born in Meili Town, Changshu City，joined the CPC in 1936. He was the early member of the Shanghai underground organization of our party. He was known as the party's financial front red butler and was the the prototype of the character Guo Jianguang in the famous revolutionary modern Peking Opera called Shajiabang.
这封信的作者叫李建模，常熟梅李人，1936年加入中国共产党，是我党上海地下组织早期成员，称为我党财经战线红管家，是著名革命现代京剧《沙家浜》中郭建光的人物原型。
During the War of Resistance against Japanese Agression，there is such a letter: "I can't take care of you because I'm running around all day ... prices rise day and night, while our family has no jobs to maintain a living. You must be difficult to the extent. As your son who has failed to fulfill his responsibility to support you, I am really feeling self-conscious and uneasy... ..." This short letter is the martyr Li Jianmo wrote to his mother. The letter reveals the helplessness and heartache, showing a revolutionary martyr's incorruptible character and noble sentiments.
在抗日期间有这样一封家信：“只因整天奔波，未及照顾大人…物价日涨夜高，我家又无产业维持生计，定必艰难之至，窃儿不能奉养大人，实觉不安...”这封简短的信件，是烈士李建模写给母亲的。信中透露出的无奈与心酸，展示了一位革命烈士的清廉风骨和高尚情操。
