工作内容：
1、基于零售战略，负责多模式、多场景的履约规划与搭建，确保零售履约服务的顺畅运行；
2、负责全件型网络方案的设计与优化，优化零售履约成本及效率；
3、制定全品类库存布局策略，合理分配库存资源，降低库存成本，提高库存周转率；
4、协调内外部资源，推动履约规划的有效落地，确保各项策略顺利实施。
任职资格：
1、本科及以上学历，物流管理、供应链管理等相关专业优先；
2、10年以上零售行业供应链规划或相关领域工作经验或物流咨询服务经验；
3、熟悉零售行业发展趋势，具备多模式、多场景履约规划的经验和能力；具备较强的方案设计、优化和实施能力；
4、良好的沟通协调能力和团队合作精神。

工作职责：
1.面向国内电商平台（etc：天猫、抖音、京东、拼多多等）的订单交付专家，并跟进平台合理需求的端到端的交付管理
2.对接电商平台销售运营团队评审销售需求，向产品交付团队输出合理的滚动周度/月度/季度需求预测，负责平台需求预测准确率
3.追踪成品交付团队输出周度/月度交付承诺ATP，并确保ATP/AATP交付率，引导平台销售按ATP/AATP去筹备销售计划，负责平台的销售缺货率以及销售目标达成率
4.拉通供应链后端包括制造中心、产品中心、仓配物流团队提高运营效率，负责库存周转率、物流成本率

工作职责：
1.以产品维度的订单交付专家，负责产品维度的端到端的供应链运营效率，包括短中长期的供需匹配计划，面向制造中心/成品中心监控产品维度的供应满足率，承接产品维度的销售指标，负责产品维度的缺货率、需求发货率、库存周转率、物流成本率（确保业务冲的上去，退得下来）
2.主持公司级S&OP会议，收集并评审全球滚动需求预测，拉通供应后端（制造中心、成品OEM中心、采购中心）进行产销匹配
3.负责对接公司销售产品运营团队，落实管理ATP/AATP分货策略并监督执行，确保全球销售需求满足
4.负责产品维度的端到端的库存周转率，主动识别并监控成品以及原材料的库存情况，及时做好库存预防措施，确保高效库存周转率

In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:• Execute procurement strategies and processes to optimize cost, quality, performances• Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to ensure the availability of materials and services, and internal interested parties to achieve high level of collaboration• Demonstrate high standard of integrity and professionalism in dealing with internal and external interested parties.• Implement and utilize procurement systems and tools to streamline processes and improve efficiency• Proactively identify cost-saving opportunities and implement initiatives to achieve savings targets, and mitigate if any risk in cost increases• Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential suppliers and negotiate cost, contracts, and other technical and/or commercial matters• Monitor and evaluate supplier performance to ensure compliance with quality, deliverystandards, and other metrics, and drive improvement if needed• Stay informed about the latest developments in the industry to consistently enhance procurement strategies and risk mitigate as much as possible• Supporting new product / product transfer including sourcing, supplier setup, quotation,evaluation, selection recommendation, development, transition• Supporting budget (CAPEX & OPEX) execution, adjust, and report, whenever required.• Actively participate in Global and Regional Category Management, may be assigned as lead or member under specific categories.• Additional responsibilities may be intermittently assigned by the company, management, or department.You are a fast learner, executing quickly on day-to-day activities by collaborating with team members, peers, supervisor and other functional associated. At the same time, you explore new way of problem solving, continuous improvement on process, and motivating team, effectively and strategically. You are diligently identifying risk and resourceful in mitigating and/or avoiding such risk. You are excellence in communicating including effective listening, capable to deliver your thought process, and easily understood.For This Role, You Will Need:• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent experience, preferably in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering• Proven experience in strategic procurement, preferably in a similar industry, with at least 2 years' in strategic procurement, sourcing, and/or supply chain• Strong knowledge of procurement processes, supplier management, and contract negotiation• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills• Proficient in using procurement software and tools• Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks and travel up to 50% when required• Understanding of material planning process, warehouse process, and logistic termsPreferred Qualifications that Set You Apart:• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience, in technical backgroundProven experience in strategic procurement or supply chain, with at least 5 years' in strategic procurement, sourcing, and/or supply chain
