The Global E-commerce design team's mission is to create a world class e-commerce experience that helps users find and discover amazing new products and goods. We're looking for an experienced Content Writer with e-commerce expertise to help shape UX strategies and craft content experiences that meet the needs of our users. Through clear, expressive writing, content writers build products that captivate and engage our users, and transform product features and concepts so that they're intuitive and easy to understand. You'll actively build relationships with stakeholders including Product Management, Product Design, Brand and Marketing, Engineering, and Localization teams to promote content design. You will also partner closely with Content Writers on the Seller and Creator side of the Shop ecosystem.

Responsibilities: 1. Write and edit content across shop work streams for consumer, seller and creator products; 

2. Support process improvement and increase our ability to drive impact; 

3. Write, proofread, and edit concise and conversational product UI content; 

4. Use and occasionally contribute to shop's content, voice, and style guidelines; 

5. Meet with teams across global time zones to drive a cohesive product narrative; 

6. Collaborate with design, product, research, and marketing teams in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment; 

7. Participate in design and content design critiques to drive consistency and improve content quality across e-commerce products; 

8. Support other Content Writer on the team.

4、支持国际电商产品内容、语调和风格指南的建立与发展; 

5、与团队其他成员完成跨时区沟通与合作以保持一致的产品叙事方式; 

6、在快节奏、充满活力的工作环境中与设计、产品、研究和营销团队合作; 

7、参加设计评审以提升电商产品内容的一致性与质量; 

8、帮助团队中的其他内容文案一起成长。

职位要求

Must have: 

1. Minimum of 1 year of writing (or relevant UX, marketing, translating, interpretation or writing experience) in English for e-commerce focused web or mobile applications; 

2. Strong written communication skills in English. A plus: 1. Proven ability to make smart project prioritization calls; 2. Ability to rationalize design choices and content variations; 

3. Ability to communicate decisions with stakeholders; 

4. Experience shipping end-to-end products with complicated flows, multiple scenarios, and edge cases; 

5. Experience collaborating with product management, product design, user research, engineering, and localization teams; 

6. Experience using Figma; 7. Comfortable with using different CMS tools.

必须项: 

1、有至少1年的移动端、电脑端及网页端产品内容英文写作经验,或营销、翻译、口译、UX经验; 

2、优秀的英文写作与口语沟通能力。加分项:1、能区分项目优先级,具有成功的项目和流程管理经验;2、能够让设计和内容选择合理化; 

3、能够与相关决策方沟通并推进决策; 

4、具有复杂流程、多个场景和边缘案例的端到端产品交付经验; 

5、有与产品、设计、用户研究、研发和本地化团队合作一起工作的经验; 

6、熟练掌握Figma; 

7、熟练使用不同的CMS工具。
