Key Responsibilities
• Take care of daily trades booking and matching with brokers, generate daily position and P&L reports.
• Review daily and weekly reconciliation reports and clear breaks.
• Liaise with executing brokers, prime brokers, fund administrator and system vendors to resolve trade booking or setlement issue timely.
• Collateral, cash and FX management
• Prepare portfolio data requested by investors monthly.
• Provide support to trading, accounting, legal and IR teams when necessary.
• Ensure operational processes are properly followed, and fully documented, tested and adequately supported.
Requirements:
o 2-5yearsofworkexperienceinfinanceindustry
o Good understanding of financial products and operational workflows
o Able to work independently and as a teamplayer.
o Ability to multi-task and detail oriented
o Fluent in both English and Mandarin
o Direct experience in buyside OMS/PMS would be a plus
