Support business development activities in both China and global institutional markets.
Be responsible for preparing business development materials (e.g., presentation deck, due diligence questionnaire, ad-hoc requests, market insights, ...) in both Chinese and English.
Timely summarize meeting memos and assist in clients’ follow ups.
Liaise with Investment, Operations, Compliance and other departments to holistically support clients’ requests.
Bachelor or above from reputable academic institutions.
3 years or above experience in sales supporting role with global institutional exposure. Direct client facing experience is a plus.
Excellent writing and verbal communication skills in professional institutional investment language in both English/Chinese.
Have the business acumen to understand clients’ requests and priority.
A natural self-starter with global aspiration and the commitment and desire to break out of comfort zones for new initiatives, with ability to handle projects under time pressure.
Good team player, who will be able to fit in an entrepreneurial but collaborative style.
