Our client is a high-growth dynamic FinTech startup, headquartered in Hong Kong S.A.R., with offices in Macau S.A.R. and other cities in China. With an innovative business model combined with advanved technology, the company has achieved many milestones of growth in the past 3 years and won wide recognition from both social and financial communities. To support the business growth, they are looking to add a senior HR generalist to join the team as the offshore HR team leader to be based in Hong Kong S.A.R.
Responsibilities:
Work as a HR generalist, report to the Group Head of HR, and lead the offshore HR team and provide full spectrum of HR services to the offshore business lines and corporate functions.
To participate in group-wide HR projects to drive the organisational changes, which include but not limited to strategic compensation and incentive plan design, organisational development and training, branding and culture development, talent acquisition and retention etc.
Requirements:
15+ years full time work experience in HR; prior experiences in financial services industry is a must (FinTech / investment banking / asset management sectors preferred).
Solid knowledge and expertise in C&B desired; track record of supporting fast-paced and fluid businesses sustaining change and growth much preferred.
Previous HR experience with well established international corporates and financial services companies preferred.
Highly adaptable and pragmatic, with the maturity and EQ to build trust and rapport with internal clients and thrive in a dynamic work environment, which includes Chinese and international cultures.
A great team leader with strong business acume; has passion for success and the ability to lead and perform under pressure.
Fluency in English and Mandarin Chinese required.
