我们希望今年的驻地项目，是一份献给上海的礼物，在一年尾声的时候创造新的能量。
We are proud to present this year's edition of our annual residency as a gift to the city of Shanghai, reinvigorating our beloved city with a fresh new energy as this extraodinary year comes to an end.
以艺术试验和孵化跨领域作品为目标，本次驻地为期1个月，以“艺术速配”的形式进行，并延用盘上海的驻地方法论，每周组织创作工作坊，加深艺术家之间的创意链接。点击了解本次入选的驻地艺术家。
With experimentation and incubating multidisciplinary work as our goal, we adapted an "Artistic Blind Date" team structure for this month-long residency; leading teams through weekly workshops based on PAN Shanghai's incubation methodology to build creative connections. 我们向社区广泛征集断舍离物品，鼓励艺术家使用现成品、可回收材料、垃圾等物品作为创作素材。我们还组织了社区成员与艺术家一同参与工作坊，分享关于今年的回忆和感悟，启发并参与创作过程。
For this year, we challenged our residents to use primarily found and recycled objects purged and donated by the surrounding local community. During our first week of the residency, community members also joined us for a workshop, co-creating and sharing memories and thoughts on the past year.

What if we place 3 mirrors looking into each other? What memory this will leave for them? A multimedia exploration of the sources and evolutions of memory through poetry, video, and AI.

我们选择了一幢公众无法进入的废弃房子，在那里构建了只存在于心中的梦想世界，在那里我们的犄角都是可爱的，我们的尾巴都不多余。我们曾经放弃和失去的很多东西，都还保留在那里。那个世界也许无法抵达，但存在于每个人的心里。
We built an dream world that exists only with in ones' heart in an abandoned and publicly inaccessible building. In this world, our horns could be lovely, and our tails would not be shunned. All that we have purged, lost, and given up remains safe in there. That world may not be accessible, but it exists in everyone's heart.

一个舒适的令人放松的空间，有着好闻的味道。艺术家用一些废弃材料进行装饰，希望观众在有限的空间内，放下内心的压力，从大自然中汲取疗愈的力量。
A comfortable and relaxing space with a nice smell. The artists use some discarded materials for decoration, hoping that the audience can put down their inner pressure and draw healing power from nature in the limited space.
宫抱一丁

一个安静的给人安全感的暗房间。观众思考自己需要什么样的安慰和怎么安慰别人。在写下一段安慰别人的话之后录音，就可以进房间听其他人和自己的安慰录音。通过这个互动空间，艺术家欢迎观众思考和觉察，放下一些无助和孤独的情绪。
A quiet and secure darkroom. The audience thinks about what comfort they need and how to comfort others. After writing down a comforting message, you can go into the room and listen to other people's comforting messages and your own. Through this interactive space, the artist welcomes the audience to think and feel, to let go of some feelings of helplessness and loneliness.

三个法租界的老洋房的窗户，和碎玻璃片。再加上视频，表达了居民和艺术家之间对垃圾和艺术品概念的分歧。
Windows of three old French concession houses, and shards of broken glass. Coupled with the video, it expresses the disagreement between residents and artists over the concept of trash and art.
