Our client, a prominent China-based TMT corporation, seeks a Legal Head based in the CA, United States. In this pivotal role, you will oversee all legal and compliance aspects of daily business operations. Reporting directly to the General Counsel in China, you will lead a team. The budget for this position is up to USD 350k. Requirements:
with J.D. degree in the U.S.
minimum of 10 years' experience in reputable law firms and/or companies.
at least 3 years of legal practice experience in a US-based company.
