Our client, a renowed MNC of helathcare industry is looking for a patent manager / senior manager based in either Beijing or Shanghai. This patent counsel will take care of Patent application, Prosecution, day-to-day IP consultancy and general IP activities. This role reports to the IP head based in China. The budget is up to RMB 1.3 million.
Requirements:
with 4-15 years’ patent related experience in the law firm and/or MNC;
Patent Bar is required;
Chemistry/pharmacy background is required;
English working proficiency is a plus.
