Our client, a foreign invested company of healthcare industry is looking for a patent senior manager based in Shanghai or Beijing. This senor patent counsel will take care of patent prosecution/defense, day-to-day IP consultancy and general IP activities. This role reports to the IP head in China. The budget is up to RMB 1.3m.
Requirements:
with minimum 6 years’ patent related experience in the law firm and/or MNC;
Patent Bar is required;
English working proficiency is required;
Working experience in the MNC is preferred
