Our Client, a US listed company of FMCG industry is looking for trademark counsel based in Shanghai or Beijing. The trademark counsel will take care of the global strategic and day-to-day work, including trademark and copyright clearance, prosecution, enforcement, anti-counterfeiting and related domain name, trade dress and online/social media activities. This role reports to the global IP head.
Requirements:
with PQE 8 years and above from law firm and/or company;
Trademark practice related experience is required;
cross-border deal experience is required.
