Our Client, a foreign invested company of FMCG industry, is looking for a senior brand protection manager based in Shanghai, reporting to the legal director China. The role will conduct investigation on counterfeits, fraudsters ad other abusers on the company online/off-line in China. The budget is up to RMB 800k.
with 5+ years' experience in investigation of violations to unfair competition, counterfeits, frauds and marketplaces abuses; knowledge of PRC law is a plus English working proficiency is a plus
