个人提供有效身份证件、开户意愿真实且不存在进一步核实事项的，我行将在收到开户申请后立即办理银行结算账户开立手续。
If the individual provides a valid identity certificate and is truly willing to open an account, and there is no items for further verification, the Bank will go through the opening procedures for bank settlement account immediately after receiving the account opening application.

任何单位和个人不得出租、出借、出售、购买账户。发生上述行为构成电信网络诈骗犯罪的，依据《最高人民法院 最高人民检察院 公安部关于办理电信网络诈骗等刑事案件适用法律若干问题的意见》（法发〔2016〕32号）第四条的规定，对相关责任人以电信网络诈骗共同犯罪论处。
No enterprise or individual may lease, lend, sell or purchase an account. In case of any above act which constitutes the crime of telecommunications and network fraud, the relevant responsible persons shall be punished for the joint crime of telecommunications and network fraud in accordance with Article 4 of Opinions of the Supreme People's Court, the Supreme People's Procuratorate and the Ministry of Public Security on Several Issues Concerning the Application of Law in Handling Criminal Cases such as Telecommunications and Network Fraud (FF [2016] No.32).
