请问运筹学和管理学的顶级期刊有哪些？能否介绍一些这些期刊的级别和投稿经验？

常年做实证研究的管理学博士生回答一下吧，做算法的朋友轻喷。

我们这边由于是商科的关系，所以都比较推崇UTD24、FT50和ABS分级，学院也有自己的评估标准，个人认为比较客观。

第一档：A+ 150个学术积分（博士毕业要求20个积分，提前毕业需要50个积分，据说特任副研转终身副教授需要五年内累计400个积分）

1. Management Science: 虽然跟下面几本A+期刊同样都是UTD期刊，但MS毫无疑问是最牛的。尽管A+的期刊不止这一本，但MS在运筹学/供应链/管理科学与工程方向的A+刊物里是最能凡尔赛的。
2. Operations Research：我们这边感觉OR是万年老二的样子，不过只收建模，不收实证，所以我基本没读过（其实是看不懂...）
3. Manufacturing and Service Operations Management (MSOM): 3跟4地位差不多，都是仅次于MS和OR的，但高于POM（分数是一样的），MSOM基本都是建模，几乎没有实证研究。
4. Journal of Operations Management (JOM)：JOM喜欢实证的文章，敝校有个做IS方向的大佬有两篇JOM，我读过之后获益匪浅，现在经常看JOM的文章。
5. Production and Operations Management（POM）：5和6的地位感觉也差不多，似乎POM发文量很大，而且敝校的UTD期刊发表主要都是POM，虽然近几年总的UTD发表数量能维持在大陆前五，但跟清华经管和复旦管院以OR/MS为主比起来，含金量差一些。
6. INFORMS Journal on Computing(JoC): 了解不多。
7. Transportation Science：虽然不是UTD24期刊，但还是算A+期刊

第二档：A，70个学术积分

这部分没啥可说的，主要都是FT50期刊，因为FT50里除了UTD以外的运筹学期刊几乎没有，主要都是实证类的管理学期刊，比如JM、JAP、JBV、ETP、RP这些。跟运筹学有关的主要就两本

1. SIAM Journal on Optimization
2. Transportation Research Part B: Methodological

第三档：A-， 50个学术积分

1. European Journal of Operational Research：EJOR个人觉得A-给低了，因为现在据说都是POM几轮拒稿改投的文章，水涨船高，很难发。
2. Decision Support Systems：以下2-10不区分期刊地位排序了。
3. IEEE Transactions on Computers
4. IEEE Transactions on Engineering Management：为数不多的喜欢收实证研究的期刊，但是审稿很慢。
5. IEEE Transactions on Human-Machine Systems (IEEE Transactions on Systems, Man, and Cybernetics - Part C)
6. IEEE Transactions on System, Man and Cybernetics: Systems (IEEE Transactions on Systems, Man, and Cybernetics - Part A)
7. IISE Transactions (IIE Transactions)
8. Transportation Research Part A: Policy and Practice
9. Transportation Research Part C: Emerging Technologies
10. Transportation Research Part E: Logistics and Transportation Review

第四档：B+，30个学术积分（不区分期刊地位排序）

1. Annals of Operations Research：我们这边管科博士发的比较多的期刊，跟IJPE、IJPR 、Omega、DS、JORS 合称通向成为大佬路上必须经过的六大刊，评国奖的门槛。
2. International Journal of Operations and Production Management：ABS 4星期刊，感觉放在B+有点屈才。
3. International Journal of Production Economics：六大刊之一
4. International Journal of Production Research：六大刊之一
5. Computers and Operations Research
6. Omega: The International Journal of Management Science：六大刊之一
7. Decision Sciences：六大刊之一
8. Decision Analysis
9. Journal of the Operational Research Society：六大刊之一

14. Technovation：创新管理领域的顶刊，比较喜欢实证研究的文章，在运筹学这块没有创新管理领域含金量高。
