压力成了最常见的状态

处在压力下,容易与之对抗

不断体验到自我消耗

难以专注与享受当下压力长期积累

影响日常生活与身心健康

In a highly competitive environment

stress has become

the most common state of being.

Under pressure

people tend to fight against it

often experiencing self-depletion in the process.

This makes it difficult to focus on 

and enjoy the present moment.

When stress accumulates over time

it starts to take a toll on daily life,

affecting both mental and physical health.


团体目标:

1.拓展成员对自身压力状态的了解、理解与看待方式;

2.促进成员在心理与行为层面更好地与压力共存,减少压力反应本身所带来的消耗;

3.丰富成员在压力之下的应对策略与资源渠道。



Group Objectives:

 1. To enhance members’ awareness, understanding, and perception of their own stress states.

 2. To support members in coexisting with stress more effectively on psychological and behavioral levels, minimizing the exhaustion caused by stress responses.

 3. To expand members’ coping strategies and access to resources for managing stress.
