Listen, that is the rhythmic sound of the inner soul of each individual, some sinking into the darkness to explore the mysteries deep within, some embracing the purest part of the heart. 我来自马来西亚槟城，绘画在我的生活中扮演着一个令我心动的角色。I am a painter from Penang, Malaysia. Painting plays a captivating role in my life.依然清晰地记得，在一个炎热的下午，整理着柜子里的杂物。那时的我，已经习惯每半年进行一次断舍离。被放在橱柜右上角的彩色填色画板已经发黄，小塑料罐中的颜料都干结成块。在我丢弃颜料的那一刻，一个念头闪现：我该如何完成这幅风景画呢？I vividly recall an afternoon when I was organizing the clutter in my closet. I had made it a habit to declutter every six months. The colored fill-in painting board in the top right corner of the cabinet had turned yellow, and the paint in the small plastic jars had dried into clumps. As I was about to discard the paint, a thought flashed through my mind: How would I finish this landscape painting?我有些犹豫是否留下画板，但最终决定将她留在楼梯转角的最显眼位置。（没有这一刻的停顿，就没有今天这些作品！）I hesitated about whether to keep the board, but eventually decided to leave it in the most prominent spot on the stairwell. (Without that pause, none of these works would exist today!)就这样，每天上下楼梯时，都能看到它，如果连续60天不碰就果断转送给他人吧！每天看着那张泛黄的画板，开始去感受我的内心想法。And so, every time I went up and down the stairs, I would see it. I decided that if I didn't touch it for 60 days, I would give it away! It allowed me to break free from the constraints of reality and enter a world of my own. Where there was no thought of pre-determining or sketching, one by one, works that I had never even imagined were born.每一幅作品都是灵魂为我呈现的礼物，拼接着心灵意识的碎片。它们有我熟悉的一面，也有我陌生的一面；有惊喜、有沮丧、有尽情地绘画、有抓狂的时刻。每次作画情绪的起伏都代表生活中无常的变化。Each work is a gift from my soul to me, piecing together fragments of my consciousness. They have a familiar side to me, and a strange side; there are surprises, there are disappointments, there are moments of unrestrained painting, and there are moments of frenzy. The ups and downs of my emotions during each painting represent the impermanence of change in life.2017年至今，我开办超过100场画画疗愈工作坊，用色彩疗愈许多人的心灵。在疫情期间，我为槟城中央医院的医疗设施进行卖画筹得27千马币，吸引了马新社及各个报馆记者的采访，让我的艺术风格慢慢被关注。Since 2017, I have organized over 100 painting healing workshops, using colors to heal the hearts of many people. During the pandemic, I sold paintings to raise RM27,000 for the medical facilities of Penang General Hospital, attracting interviews from Bernama TV Chinese and various news reporters, and bringing my artistic style to gradual attention.这些年陆续有来自加拿大、台湾、新加坡和马来西亚的画作收藏家购买我的作品。我的作品与珍惜艺术者相遇，珍惜！Over the years, art collectors from Canada, Taiwan, Singapore, and Malaysia have purchased my works. My works meet art lovers, cherish them!目前是位艺术疗愈师，用画与人产生共情共鸣，用色彩疗愈人心，用画作陪伴懂艺术者。也是中国拍艺拍画廊签约艺术家。Currently I am an art therapist, using painting to connect with people, using colors to heal hearts, and using paintings to accompany art lovers. 一颗原本住在蒲公英上的小种子，有一天真的被风吹走了，它在森林中害怕又不知道前去的方向，在新朋友们的帮助下，它找到了新的更安全的归所并与之建立了新的连接。作者将自己的成长之旅，在艺术治疗研究生项目中所学的心理学知识和对儿童心理健康的关注和调研，融入小种子漂泊并寻找和建立新连接的故事，创作了这本心灵疗愈向的绘本。作者希望能通过书中含有的情绪聚焦疗法，身心疗法和艺术疗法的互动小游戏，通过小种子的成长经历去帮助有需要的读者（有复杂创伤经历，漂泊和更换居住地，经历人生转变，非安全性依恋关系，分离焦虑，难以适应新环境等挑战的儿童，青少年或成人）去体察情绪，自我关怀和探索内在资源。Little seed has lived on a dandelion in the forest. One day, little seed had been blown away by the wind and wandered in the forest with uncertainty and fear. With the help of new friends, little seed found a new home and learned how to form a more secure and healthy new relationship with a new caregiver and the new environment. Inspired by my own self-healing process, the psychology knowledge I have learned in my art therapy graduate program, and my realization of the importance of children's mental health, I created this story. I hope the story of the little seed, and the therapeutic interventions (incorporated EFT, mindfulness, and attachment theories) in the book could help and inspire the readers, especially children (who may have previous traumatic experiences, insecure attachment, experiences of losing original environment and adjusting to a new environment, life transitions, separation anxiety, immigrants, refugees, children in foster care, etc) to self-care and explore inner resources.小种子像是我们的内在小孩，它或许也曾迷茫和受伤过；红甲虫和小草代表了那些支持过我们的外部力量，可以是人事物，一本书，或是滋养着我们的大自然；而月亮花则像是我们内在的守护者，安全之地——我们真正的内在力量的源头。正如绘本故事中的小种子一样，不论在哪个阶段，我们的人生中或许会遇上各种转变和挑战，与这些挑战而萌发的诸多感受，或有不安和受伤。但我希望可以告诉读者，我们也永远拥有着月亮花的部分——这个永远爱着我们的有力量的部分会通过我们与内心的连接去照顾我们受伤的部分。The little seed is like our inner child, who may have felt confused or being hurt; The red beetle and grass represent the external forces that have supported us, whether it might be other people, a book, or the nature that have nourished us; And the moon-flower is like our inner guardian, a safe space - the source of our true inner strength. Just like the little seed in the picture book, at any stage of our lives, we may encounter various changes and challenges. Those challenges may bring us many feelings, including anxiety and being hurt. I hope to tell my readers that we will always have the part of the moonflower in our heart as well - this powerful part of ourselves, will always love us and take care of our wounded parts through our connection with our inner selves.
本书不仅可以作为疗愈的辅助工具适当地运用在心理咨询中，也可以作为大众的心理健康普及，儿童及青少年心理健康普及和教育的绘本。愿我们都能唤醒和连接内心的月亮花，关照和滋养在路上的小种子。This book could also be used as a helping tool for therapists in therapy with children, or a book for public education and promotion of mental health. May we all awaken and connect with the moon flower in our hearts, caring for and nourishing our little seeds on the journey.

胡恒越来自中国。本科毕业于美国纽约视觉艺术学院的插画设计专业。自由职业艺术家和插画师，艺术治疗师和音钵疗愈师受训中。她现在在继续自己艺术领域的创作（书籍创作，布料编织艺术，手工艺术，综合材料等）的同时就读于美国视觉艺术学院的艺术治疗研究生专业。通过自我探索与疗愈的旅途，她发现并坚信艺术的疗愈能量，并希望通过自己的作品传递疗愈之力。Hengyue Hu is originally from China. Graduated from the School of Visual Arts with a bachelor's degree in illustration design, she is now a freelance artist and illustrator, an art therapist and sound bowl therapist in training. Hengyue Hu currently continues her own artist creations (bookmaking, fabric art, craft art, mixed medium etc.) while learning to become an art therapist in the MFA art therapy program at School of Visual Arts. 作者用脉轮的7个颜色彩带，从下面最底层的海底轮颜色红色，按照顺序依次缠绕身体。代表着从我们接收到命运信号要投身于某一个躯体的这一刻开始，我们便走上了人生的旅程。我们在这个旅程不断修炼，给自己身上添砖加瓦——技能、成就、名誉、身份、无穷无尽的欲望……The author used the seven colored ribbons of the chakras, starting from the lowest base chakra color red, and wound them around her body in order. This represents the moment when we receive the signal of our destiny to inhabit a particular body and embark on our life's journey. 这是作者在吃甜品的时候，内心流露的人生感受。在现代快节奏的都市生活中，人们可能抽出时间来慢慢品尝甜品的时间都很少。那我们为什么要去吃甜品呢？我们去吃的时候真的就享受在其中吗？甜品有会给我们带来什么呢？吃多了又会怎么样呢？我们应不应该贪念甜品给我们的幸福感呢？最后作者给出了答案，甜品尝过就好了呀。表达了作者对幸福来临的欣喜和对幸福消逝的坦然。人生本来就是一场体验，尝过就好，不必贪恋。This is the author's inner life feeling when eating dessert. In the fast pace of modern urban life, people may take time to slowly taste dessert time is very little. Then why are we going for dessert? Do we really enjoy it when we go to eat? What does dessert bring us? What happens when you eat too much? Should we covet the happiness desserts give us? Finally the author gave the answer, sweet taste is good. 我是一名心理咨询师、能量疗愈导师、戏剧编剧和导演。我今年38岁，结婚11年，两个孩子的妈妈。在心理学界探索了将近20年，我不断地自我疗愈、自我成长我希望我的经历、我的故事、我的人生感悟，可以用一个艺术形式呈现在来访者面前，跟来访者产生共鸣，让其即时发生内心的转变。所以我选择了戏剧和行为艺术，在呈现的过程中，我深深地体会到“艺术让人成为人”的内在含义，也希望自己在这条路上创作更多作品，与世界分享我的思考，用生命影响生命。I am a therapist, energy healing instructor, theater writer and director. I am 38 years old, married for 11 years and a mother of two. I was introduced to psychology in college, only to discover that I had been suffering from severe depression since high school. After nearly 20 years in the world of psychology, I have continued to self-heal and self-grow, and I am now free from depression. I hope that my experience, my story, and my life perception can be presented in front of visitors with an art form, resonate with visitors, and make them instantly change their hearts. Therefore, I choose drama and performance art. 此作品源于我对生活、对双相障碍的一些感想，我希望将我所感受到的用绘画方式表现出来，一方面是表达我对生活的热爱，一方面是从我患病后对生活产生的新的认知，表达自己从过去的破灭中走出，在旧物中重生。This work comes from my feelings about life and bipolar disorder. I hope to express what I feel in the way of painting, on the one hand, to express my love for life. 命运的红线，操控红线的手，拉奏生命之歌的提琴，自缚的牢笼，多彩的心脏，寄托着心中的向往，冰与火之歌在生命中交错、碰撞。我希望能用色彩的缤纷表达我的生活，表达一名躁郁者的生话，用色彩表现出我的多面的生活，躁郁就像冰与火，我如同一支画笔，在其中不断变化、穿棱，勾绘着一个个多面的形象。The red line of fate, the hands that control the red line, the violin that plays the song of life, the cage that binds itself, the colorful heart, reposing the yearning in the heart, the song of ice and fire interlacing and colliding in the life. 擅长以综合媒介传达“图像”之中的“意象之境“，同时“传达”与“观看”也是本次创作系列作品的意图。意在将中国传统艺术元素与艺术疗愈性融入艺术创作之中，本次作品尝试突破时空的物质局限性，探索现实与时空的空间关系，亦可称之为“境”的探索，突破“境”的束缚，打开自我肩胛骨享受情绪与意 志的波浪，从而“遇见”真正的自我。艺术的疗愈性依靠其非语言性质，疗愈艺术是对艺术与心灵的二次创造融合，意在营造人们所渴望的“世外桃源”，仿佛置身于虚无仙境之中，而中国自古代便深谙在艺术审美修养身心之道，追求外在审美与内 在精神和谐统一，借以中国“意象”的一缕微光去呈现来自心灵的“境”此境能够让我们在如此狂躁不安的世界里赢得一片宁静的世界。She excels in conveying the "imagery realm" within "images" through comprehensive media. At the same time, "conveying" and "viewing" are also the intentions of this creative series. Her goal is to integrate traditional Chinese artistic elements and artistic healing into her creations. This series attempts to break through the material limitations of time and space, exploring the spatial relationship between reality and time-space, which can also be described as the exploration of "realm". By breaking the shackles of "realm" and opening up one's shoulder blades to enjoy the waves of emotions and will, one can "meet" one's true self. The healing power of art relies on its non-verbal nature. Healing art is a fusion of art and the soul, aiming to create a desired "utopia" that feels like being in a mythical fairyland. Since ancient times, China has been deeply versed in the art of cultivating body and mind through aesthetic appreciation, pursuing the harmonious unity of external aesthetics and internal spirit. Each petal carries a story, and each touch of color reflects a state of mind.
