如何在线预约团队研讨室

A GROUP STUDY ROOM ONLINE

点击图书馆主页(https://lib.xjtlu.edu.cn)的“房间预约”访问团队研讨室预约系统。
Click on the “Book a Room” icon on the library homepage(https://lib.xjtlu.edu.cn).

在弹出的登录界面中输入您的学校用户名和密码,即可进入团队研讨室预约系统主页。
Input your XJTLU username and password, and then you will see a display of the Group Study Room Booking System homepage.

选择校园以及楼层后,您可查看每个团队研讨室的详情,在可选的日期和时间范围内拖拽选择。
Choose campuses and floors, and then you can see the current reservation status of each room. Use the calendar to select the date and time you want to make the reservation on.

系统自动弹出“预约规则”,点击“确认”后,跳转至预约信息填写页面。
The “Reservation Policy” will be displayed after you choose the reservation time. Click the “Confirm” button to continue.

添加小组成员并选择使用团队研讨室的具体时间段,点击“提交”,出现“预约成功”的提示即为完成。
Add your group members and select the specific time. Click the “Submit” button and the message “Submitted Successfully.” will be displayed if the request is successful.

使用您的学校用户名和密码登录团队研讨室预约系统https://roombookings.xjtlu.edu.cn。
Login to the Group Study Room Booking System via https://roombookings.xjtlu.edu.cn using your XJTLU username and password.

您可以点击“我的预约”页面查看或者取消您的预约。
Click “My bookings” and manage your reservations.
1、团队研讨室供所有学生和教职工预约使用。每位用户一天只能预约一次团队研讨室。学生一次最多预约3 小时,教职员工一次最多预约6 小时。
The group study rooms can be reserved by all students and staff. Each individual can only reserve a room once a day. Reservations are limited to a maximum of 3 hours for students and 6 hours for staff.

3、您可以提前3天在线预约团队研讨室。
The group study rooms can be reserved online up to 3 days in advance.
4、请务必正确添加每一位组员的信息,以确保您和您的组员们可以在您预约的时间内成功刷卡或使用学校用户名和密码进入所预约的房间。
Asuccessful reservation requires ID cardinformation from all members using the room, in order for each individual to enter the reserved room by swiping his/her ID card or using his/her XJTLUaccount.
5、位于太仓校园的全部团队研讨室和位于苏州园区校园的团队研讨室314, 316, 318, 543, 545, 547, 714, 814至少需要2名组员(团队研讨室429至少需要6名组 员;团 队研讨室445至少需要4名组员),且其中一名组员必须为预约者,在预约时间生效后的30分钟之内刷卡或使用学校用户名和密码进入。如未按规定时间和人数使用,将会被自动取消预约,并视为违约。
All the rooms at Taicang campus and Room 314, 316, 318, 543, 545, 547, 714, 814 at SIP campus require at least 2 members (Room 429 requires at least 6 members; Room 445 requires at least 4 members), one of whom must be the person who booked the room, to swipe their ID card or use their XJTLU account to get into the room, no later than 30 minutes after your reservation has started, otherwise the reservation will be cancelled and deemed as a missed booking.
6、预约成功后如计划更改,须在所预约时间开始之前登录团队研讨室预约系统取消预约,否则视为违约。
Any cancellation should be done before the reservation time starts, otherwise it will be deemed as a missed booking.
7、系统会将产生的违约责任记录在预约者即组长账户上,违约累计达三次者,将会被暂停其之后30天内的预约权限。
After three missed bookings the applicant’s account will be suspended, and the applicant will not be able to book a group study room for 30 days.
