Actively engaged in the project management of fund and managed account launches, ensuring seamless initiation and execution.
Conducted daily operational tasks with precision and efficiency, maintaining the smooth running of operations.
Managed trade reconciliation processes, meticulously verifying and resolving any discrepancies.
Performed calculations for internal daily Net Asset Value (NAV) estimates, providing accurate and timely financial data.
Facilitated interaction with a diverse range of service providers, such as Prime Brokers, Custodians, Trustees, Executing Brokers, and Fund Administrators, to ensure effective service delivery and coordination.
Monitored and carried out monthly or intra-month hedging activities, mitigating risks and optimizing portfolio performance.
Aided auditors in the preparation of annual Financial Statements, ensuring compliance and transparency.
Executed Know Your Customer (KYC) compliance checks and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) checks, safeguarding the integrity of financial operations.
Prepared informative newsletters for investors, enhancing communication and transparency.
Handled ad-hoc duties, including contributing to the preparation of marketing materials and actively participating in short-term projects, demonstrating versatility and adaptability.
职位要求
Possess 1 - 3 years of pertinent experience within the hedge fund, asset management, or fund administration sectors.
Demonstrate a willingness to adhere to the Japanese work calendar.
Available to work from Monday to Friday, with working hours spanning from 7:00 am to 4:30 pm.
Hold relevant academic backgrounds, such as in accounting, finance, statistics, or business.
Previous experience in trade execution is considered advantageous.
Exhibit excellent analytical capabilities, enabling the dissection and interpretation of complex data and information.
Capable of efficiently handling multiple tasks simultaneously and performing optimally under pressure.
Possess a detail-oriented mindset, with a high level of organization, meticulousness, and numerical proficiency.
Exhibit a strong work ethic and professional demeanor in all work-related activities.
Proficient in MS Office applications, particularly Excel, for data management and analysis.
Knowledge of VBA is preferred, enhancing the ability to automate and streamline processes.
Demonstrate self-motivation and a capacity for self-directed learning, adapting quickly to new challenges and knowledge domains.
Function effectively as a team player within a small team environment, contributing to a positive and productive work atmosphere.
