Report directly to the managing director, providing comprehensive and timely updates on all investment-related activities and progress.
Proactively identify, meticulously assess, and efficiently execute investment opportunities on a global scale, leveraging in-depth market research and industry insights to make informed decisions.
Actively engage in every stage of the investment process, from initial sourcing and deal screening to negotiation, closing, and post-investment management, ensuring seamless execution and optimal outcomes.
Take ownership of financial modelling and investment case preparation, constructing detailed and accurate financial projections, risk assessments, and strategic justifications to support investment recommendations.
Conduct thorough due diligence, encompassing financial, legal, operational, and market aspects, to evaluate the viability and potential of investment targets. Additionally, manage legal documentation with precision, oversee performance improvement initiatives, and ensure accurate and timely financial reporting in collaboration with portfolio companies.
职位要求
Possess a minimum academic qualification in Finance or a discipline of equivalent standing, underpinned by a solid theoretical foundation and practical understanding of financial principles and methodologies.
Exhibit a highly developed sense of commercial and business acumen, enabling astute analysis of market trends, competitive landscapes, and strategic opportunities, thereby facilitating sound decision-making in complex business scenarios.
Demonstrate proficient and robust financial modelling capabilities, with a firm and comprehensive understanding of fundamental accounting principles and valuation concepts. This proficiency allows for the construction of accurate and insightful financial models that effectively support investment analysis, forecasting, and risk assessment.
Possess the aptitude and interpersonal skills necessary to thrive in a collaborative team environment, working effectively and directly with senior investment professionals. This includes the ability to contribute meaningfully to team discussions, share knowledge and insights, and execute tasks in alignment with overall team objectives and strategies.
