 Customer Reception and Track

 Purchase guidance: responsible for the Chinese team's customer reception and consultation, and provide customers with real estate consulting services;

 Accompany the house viewing: accompany the customer to the project to see the house, introduce the project, provide suitable housing recommendations based on customer needs, and assist in tracking the progress of the customer;

 Market tracking: collect market data of competing  projects and provide market data reference;

  Customer management: establish customer files of house viewing,and provide feedback to domestic team .

 Experience in real estate sales, especially in high-end real estate transactions in Manhattan is preferred;

 New York brokerage license is preferred, Learn about  sales policies and procedures;

 Good image, strong communication and coordination skills, and execution.
