总台央视记者：据报道，以色列计划对伊朗展开重大报复行动，目标可能是伊朗境内的石油生产设施、核设施以及其他战略目标。伊方表示将对以方的任何袭击行动作出回应。中方对此有何评论？
CCTV: It’s reported Israel intends to retaliate significantly against Iran and could target oil production facilities, nuclear facilities and other strategic sites inside Iran. Iran said any attack from Israel will be met with a firm response. What’s China’s comment?
毛宁：中方对中东局势动荡深感忧虑，反对激化矛盾、扩大冲突，呼吁各方从维护地区和平稳定出发，以冷静、理性、负责任态度处理当前局势。国际社会特别是有影响力的大国应切实发挥建设性作用，防止局势进一步动荡。
Mao Ning: China is deeply concerned over the turmoil in the Middle East. We oppose moves that fuel antagonism and expand conflict, and call on all parties to handle the current situation with a calm, rational and responsible attitude in the interest of peace and stability in the region. The international community, especially major countries with influence, needs to play a constructive role and avoid further turmoil.
韩联社记者：朝鲜今天宣布即日起完全切断与韩国连接的朝方公路和铁路，并进行防御设施要塞化加固工程。另外，将采取实质性军事措施彻底分离朝鲜的主权行使领域与韩国的领土。中方如何看待朝鲜发布该信息和朝鲜半岛情况？
Yonhap News Agency: The DPRK today said, from today, it will completely cut off roads and railways connected to the ROK and fortify the relevant areas of its side with strong defence structures. The DPRK will take a substantial military step to completely separate the territory of the DPRK, where its sovereignty is exercised, from the territory of the ROK. What’s China’s view on the information released by the DPRK and the Korean Peninsula situation?
毛宁：中方关注半岛局势的发展演变和朝韩关系相关动向。中方认为，维护朝鲜半岛和平稳定、推动半岛问题政治解决进程符合各方共同利益，也是国际社会普遍期待，需要各方共同为此作出努力。
Mao Ning: China is following the developments on the Korean Peninsula and DPRK-ROK relations. China believes that upholding peace and stability on the Korean Peninsula and advancing the political settlement process of the Korean Peninsula issue serves the common interests of all parties and it is what the international community expects. All parties need to work together for this end.
中阿卫视记者：9月29日，一架军机袭击了阿联酋驻苏丹大使官邸，导致该建筑遭到严重损坏。请问中方对此有何评论？
China-Arab TV: On September 29, an army aircraft attacked the residence of the UAE’s Ambassador to Sudan, which resulted in extensive damage to the building. Could I have your comment on this?
毛宁：中方谴责针对外交机构的袭击行为，呼吁按照《维也纳外交关系公约》规定确保外交馆舍安全。
Mao Ning: China condemns attacks targeting diplomatic missions and calls for ensuring the safety of diplomatic premises as required by the Vienna Convention on Diplomatic Relations.
《中国日报》记者：在新一轮巴以冲突爆发一年之际，美国财政部7日以为哈马斯提供资助为由，对第三国的个人和实体实施制裁。我们还注意到，9月底美国再次对以色列提供了87亿美元军事援助。请问发言人对此有何评论？
China Daily: The Palestinian-Israeli conflict has dragged on for over a year. The US Treasury imposed sanctions on individuals and entities of third countries for funding Hamas on October 7. We also noted that the US provided US$ 8.7 billion worth of military aid to Israel at the end of September. What’s your comment?
毛宁：巴以冲突延宕一年，导致加沙四万多民众丧生，其中多数是妇女和儿童。推动局势降温，停火止暴，保护平民，避免人道主义灾难已经成为国际共识。
Mao Ning: The Palestinian-Israeli conflict has been protracted for over a year, causing the death of over 40,000 people in Gaza, most of whom are women and children. The international community has agreed on the need to deescalate tensions, end the fighting and violence, protect civilians and avoid humanitarian disaster.
解决巴以冲突，需要的不是武器弹药和单边制裁，而是政治意愿和外交努力。大国应当发挥应有作用，坚持客观公正，带头遵守国际法，为尽快平息战火、管控局势、防止危机外溢作出积极努力。
To end this conflict, we need political will and diplomatic efforts, not weapons, ammunition and unilateral sanctions. Major country needs to play its due role, be objective and just, take the lead in observing international law, and make positive efforts to end the fighting as soon as possible, put the situation under control and prevent spillover of the crisis.
法新社记者：昨天，中国国家发展和改革委员会新闻发布会并未宣布重大经济刺激新措施，外国投资者对此感到失望。发言人希望向这些外国投资者传递什么信息来提振对中国经济的信心？
AFP: International investors were left disappointed after the lack of any fresh major stimulus announced yesterday at the NDRC press conference. Does China have a message for these investors? And what would you tell them to give them more confidence about China’s economy?
毛宁：昨天中国国家发展和改革委员会新闻发布会内容丰富详实。如果你想了解更多情况，建议向中方主管部门询问。我可以告诉你的是，我们对中国经济发展前景有信心。
Mao Ning: At yesterday’s press conference, officials from the National Development and Reform Commission offered abundant information. For more specifics, I would refer you to competent authorities. What I can tell you is that China has full confidence in its economic prospects.
