Chambers排名这周出来。在争议解决领域，不同律所有不同的强项。如往年一样，我们比较一下国际律所的“诉讼 v 仲裁”领域排名。

评论
1. Herbert Smith Freehills 及Clifford Chance在诉讼和仲裁今年都排在Band 1。今年唯有它们两个律所在这两个领域都排Band 1。（注：Clifford Chance 去年在仲裁领域排Band 2）
2. Magic Circles Firms当中，除了Clifford Chance 外，A&O Shearman, Freshfields 及Linklaters 都有不错的Banding。
3. 美国律所也有不俗的成绩。例如，Quinn Emanuel及Sidley Austin 在仲裁领域分别排在Band 2及Band 3。Gibson Dunn 和Debevoise 在诉讼领域 分别排在Band 2及Band 3。
4. 中国律所上争议解决（国际律所）榜单的包括金杜，方达和中伦。金杜在诉讼排Band 4，仲裁排Band 3。方达在诉讼排Band 5，仲裁排Band 4。中伦在诉讼排Band 6。排名与去年没有变动。
