2024年10月25日，宁波诺丁汉大学研究生联合会第一次全体代表大会以线上钉钉会议形式召开。全体大会共有成员50人，准时出席48人，符合法定出席人数。会议审议了宁波诺丁汉大学研究生联合会章程的修订事项，并决定予以通过，现予公布。本章程自即日起生效。

On October 25, 2024, the first session of the General Assembly of UNNC PGSA was held online via DingTalk. The Assembly now has 50 members and 48 attended punctually, which was above the legal attending requirement of the meeting. The Assembly deliberated the amendment UNNC PGSA Article of Association. The Article of Association has been passed and hereby to be published. The Article of Association takes effect immediately.
