我们诚挚地通知您，宁诺研究生会2024级第二次全体代表大会将于11月20日（周三）19:00至21:00在NICC举行。请您务必着正装，并佩戴党或团徽，准时出席。
以下是大会的详细流程：
19:00 - 19:20：主席团工作总结报告；
19:25 - 20:00：公关部竞选演讲（每人1分钟自我介绍，4分钟竞选演讲）；
20:05 - 20:15：推广部述职报告；
20:16 - 20:26：创意部述职报告；
20:27 - 20:37：就业部述职报告；
20:38 - 20:48：公关部述职报告；
20:50 - 21:00：项目部述职报告；
21:01 - 21:06：行政中心述职报告；
休息时间：21:06 - 21:16；
21:16 - 21:30：主席团总结发言（包括奖惩与批评）；
21:31 - 21:45：颁发“活动之星”奖状；
21:50 - 22:00：会议结束，合影留念。
请您预留足够的时间，确保准时到达会场。若需请假，请附上证明材料并提交给行政中心顾琳同学。我们期待您的参与，共同见证这一重要时刻。

The Announcement of the
Second General Assembly of PGSA
2024/11/16
Dear PGSA members,
We are pleased to inform you that the second General Assembly of PGSA 2024 will be held at NICC on Wednesday, November 20 from 19:00 to 21:00. Please be sure to wear formal dress and party or league emblem to attend on time.
The following is the detailed process of the conference:
• 19:00 - 19:20: Summary report of the work of the Bureau;
• 19:25 - 20:00: Campaign speech of Public Relations Department (1 minute self - introduction per person, 4 minutes campaign speech);
• 20:05 - 20:15: Report of the Department of Promotion;
• 20:16 - 20:26: Report of Creative Department;
• 20:27 - 20:37: Report of the Ministry of Employment;
• 20:38 - 20:48: Report of Public Relations Department;
• 20:50 - 21:00: Report of the project department;
• 21:01 - 21:06: Report of the administrative center;
• Break time: 21:06 - 21:16;
• 21:16 - 21:30: Concluding remarks of the Presidium (including rewards and punishments and criticism);
• 21:31 - 21:45: Award of "Event Star" certificate;
• 21:50 - 22:00: The meeting is over and the group photo is taken.
Please reserve enough time to ensure that you arrive at the venue on time. If you need to ask for leave, please attach the supporting documents and submit them to Gu Lin of the Administration Center.
