客户为迪拜一家专门从事办公室内设计的公司，目前希望招聘8年以上经验，方案设计能力强，具有办公室内设计经验的方案室内设计师。Our client is a Dubai interior design firm focusing in workplace interior design. They are looking for a concept interior designer with 8 years+ interior design experience in office/workplace concept interior design.

Concept Interior Designer-Office/Workplace

Required Skills:

·8+ years’ experience.

·Degree in Interior Design or related internationally recognised degree

·Strong space planning skills and attention to detail.

·Commercial Workplace experience – offices, retails, restaurants

·Exceptional design thinking skills.

·AutoCAD skills are essential.

·Graphic Software: Sketchup, 3DS Max, Vray, Revit

·Candidates an experience and knowledge of using the appropriate Ai tools will be preferred.

·Must be well-versed and updated with Artificial Intelligence for Design such as Comfy UI, Magnific, Stable Diffusion, Midjourney, Dalle, etc…

·Possess excellent communication Skills.

Duties and Responsibilities:

1.Organise client meetings, note down design brief and ensure design brief is thoroughly explained to the designer for transcribing into design proposal.

2.Present design solutions to the client.

3.Create and lead design concepts through creative thought processes focused on user experience, materiality, and sustainable approaches, representing the company’s standard design quality.

4.Supporting the team as required in the development of design solutions as required.

5.Review all design documentation for completeness, safety, reliability, manufacturability, and adherence to budget goals.

6.Red flag any current or potential design crisis as early as possible, so priorities can be rearranged to mitigate the impact.

7.Serve as a reviewer and a technical auditor to ensure technical assurance. Undertake self-checking and assist with technical checks of work undertaken by the team.

8.Provide quality control for compliance with company/project standards of deliverables.

9.Lead the selection of FF&E and production of interior specifications.

10.Contribute to and manage the preparation of mood boards, material & finish selections and presentation material.

11.Maintain constant professional communications with client, project team, and consultants

12.Have a project focused view, across multiple projects.

13.Demonstrate knowledge of industry-wide furniture & design suppliers, able to lead procurement and client selection discussions.

14.Have responsibilities for managing teams with specific roles, areas or packages within projects.

15.Work within an agreed scope and deliver complete packages of work to deadline.

16.Develop design work in close coordination with other members of the team.

17.Implement designs, contracts and strategic decisions.

18.Lead the delivery of projects at different stages.

19.Manage all aspects associated with projects including proposals, exhibits, contracts, project budget, and profitability.

Salary range:

-16k to 20k AED（32k-40k RMB net） per month

Working Visa & Health Insurance:

- Working visa and health insurance (covering the UAE and home country coverage area) for the employee.

Annual Leaves:

- 30 working days after completion of one year of service.

Flight:

- Cash in lieu of return ticket is provided. Paid at the end of each completed year of service.

Job Description:

1.Leading the design team: You will be responsible for leading a team of designers and ensuring that they are working effectively and efficiently to meet project deadlines and objectives.

2. Developing design concepts: You will be responsible for developing design concepts that meet the client's requirements and expectations. This will involve creating sketches, 3D models, and design presentations.

3. Coordinating with other departments: You will work closely with other departments, such as construction and project management, to ensure that the design is integrated into the construction process smoothly.

4. Communicating with clients: You will work closely with clients to understand their needs, present design concepts, and provide updates on the progress of the project.

5. Managing project budgets: You will be responsible for managing project budgets, ensuring that the design is delivered within budget constraints.

6. Ensuring quality control: You will be responsible for ensuring that the design meets the company's quality standards and that it is delivered to the client's satisfaction.

7. Conducting research: You will be responsible for conducting research on new materials, design trends, and technologies that can be used to enhance the company's design offerings.

8. Mentoring team members: You will be responsible for mentoring and developing your team members, providing feedback on their performance, and identifying opportunities for growth.

9.Building relationships: You will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with suppliers, contractors, and other stakeholders in the design and construction industry.

Qualifications:

·Degree in interior design or a related field.

·At least 8 years of experience in the design industry, with a focus on project management and team leadership.

·Strong communication, organization, and leadership skills.

·Ability to work collaboratively with other departments and stakeholders.

·Familiarity with design software such as SketchUp, AutoCAD, and Revit.

·Strong knowledge of design principles, materials, and construction techniques.

·Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.

Salary range:
