Interior Designer
Location: Shanghai
Studio Responsibilities:
-Collaborate with clients to determine their needs and preferences.
-Create and present design concepts, mood boards, and layout plans.
-Develop detailed drawings and specifications.
-Coordinate with architects, project managers, and other professionals to ensure successful project execution.
-Conduct site visits and inspections.
-Stay updated on industry trends, materials, and technologies.
-Manage multiple projects simultaneously.
-Maintain positive client relationships throughout the design process.
Decoration & Styling Responsibilities:
-Collaborate with Parisian and local teams to elaborate Decoration & Styling proposals, assessing scope of work and time frame for each project.
-Draw up plans and sketches.
-Prepare client presentations, including samples, inspiration boards, floor plans, and renderings.
-Oversea project implementation on-site.
Training and Support:
-Share expertise on furniture and layout presentation with the retail team.
Additional Responsibilities:
-Support the Paris Design Studio team on regional projects as needed.
Requirements and Capabilities:
-3-5+ years of relevant experience in an International Interior Design or Architecture agency or similar capacity.
-Experience in high-end residential and hospitality projects.
-Experience in communicating effectively with clients and contractors.
-Excellent spoken and written English and Chinese; French is a plus.
-Proficiency in Vectorworks and Rhino software.

Salary Range:
