杨桂欣律师系深圳涉外律师新锐人才，专注于涉港民商事诉讼和非诉法律服务，十余年律师经验，目前任深圳律协电商委委员。主办业务包括涉港商事纠纷、遗产继承、遗产管理、离婚析产、不动产交易、跨境追赃、内地与香港地区裁判文书互认执行，为企业提供专项法律服务，包括法律尽职调查、工厂搬迁职工安置、协商谈判、出具法律意见书等。
杨律师承办的某跨境析产继承案件获评“粤港澳大湾区法律服务优秀案例”，团队能为当事人提供香港与内地共同协办、向两地法院解释异地法律规则的优势，秉承务实专业、高效尽责为当事人争取合法权益。
Lawyer Yang is one of the Young talents of foreign-related lawyers of Shenzhen Lawyers Association focusing on Hong Kong-related civil and commercial litigation and non-litigation legal services. She has over ten years of experience as a lawyer, and currently serves as a member of the E-commerce Committee of Shenzhen Law Association. The host business includes Hong Kong-related commercial disputes, family inheritance, estate management, divorce analysis, real estate transactions, cross-border asset recovery, mutual recognition and enforcement of judgment documents between the mainland and Hong Kong, and provides special legal services for enterprises, including legal due diligence, relocation of factory workers, negotiations, and issuance of legal opinions.
A cross-border property analysis and inheritance case undertaken by Mr. Yang was awarded "Outstanding Case of Legal Services in Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area". Yang’s team can provide with the advantages of co-organizing in Hong Kong and the mainland and explaining the legal rules of different places to the courts of the two places, adhering to the practical professional, efficient and responsible to fight for the legitimate rights and interests of clients.
