李严律师拥有深圳大学法学学士、中国政法大学经济法法学硕士、英国谢菲尔德大学国际商法及欧洲法法学硕士，并曾在英国伦敦大学亚非学院、美国哈佛大学肯尼迪学院及香港大学法学院任访问学者。李严律师1995年取得律师执照，专注于涉外法律服务领域，曾在国际律师事务所工作多年，客户包括世界500强企业及中国500强企业，擅长外商直接投资、国际贸易、涉外并购、国际特许经营权及企业融资等法律事务。李严律师目前还担任维德志愿法律服务中心执行主任，该中心为中国最早成立的志愿法律服务中心之一。
Ms.Li obtained an LLB degree from Shenzhen University, an LLM degree in Economic Law from China University of Political Science and Law, and an LLM degree in International Commercial Law and European Law from the University of Sheffield. She has also served as a visiting scholar at the School of Oriental and African Studies, University of London, Harvard Kennedy School, and the Faculty of Law, University of Hong Kong respectively. Ms.Li obtained her lawyer's license in 1995 and has been focusing on foreign-related legal services. She has many years of work experiences in international law firms and her clients include both Fortune Global 500 companies and China's top 500 companies. Her practicing areas are primarily in foreign direct investment, international sale of goods, foreign-involved M&A, international franchise and corporate finance. Ms.Li is now also the executive director of Wider Pro Bono Center, one of the first pro bono clearing houses in China.
