近日,由高工锂电主办的2024高工锂电年会在深圳隆重举行。本次年会以“重整边界,重构价值,重塑生态”为主题,汇聚了全球锂电产业链众多企业和行业高层,共同探讨锂电行业的技术边界、市场边界和企业边界的重构,以及如何通过创新驱动产业的高质量发展。
当前,锂电行业正处于一个多维度变革和历史性机遇的交汇点。本次年会上,瑞浦兰钧电芯研发总监刘微博士以《磷酸锰铁锂问顶电芯助力绿色零碳交通》为主题,在本次年会上发表了演讲。
刘微博士在演讲中指出,随着新能源汽车市场的持续扩张,市场对高性能、低成本正极材料的需求正迅速攀升。磷酸锰铁锂(LMFP)作为一种新兴的正极材料,因其具备高能量密度、卓越的安全性、超长的循环寿命以及环保特性,正逐渐受到市场的欢迎。
瑞浦兰钧引领市场趋势,拓展技术边界,推出了磷酸锰铁锂(LMFP)电池。瑞浦兰钧推出的LMFP电池综合了LFP电池和NCM电池的优势性能,叠加独创的问顶®技术后,电芯体积能量密度最高可达520Wh/L,可助力纯电乘用车续航里程达700km以上;电芯阻抗降低16%,减少多余热量产生;保证-30℃下放电容量保持率仍能达到80%以上;实现10-80%SOC 小于18min的快充能力。
另外,本次年会上颁布了2024年高工锂电金球奖奖项。其中,瑞浦兰钧凭借GREEN CTP电池包技术荣获2024年度技术奖。该技术解决了传统CTP电池包存在的售后维护困难、成本高、环保等级待提升等问题,实现了单颗电芯可更换,降低了售后维护成本,并提高了环保等级。
同时,瑞浦兰钧荣获2024年度标杆工厂称号,展现了其在生产效率、环境影响和社会责任方面的卓越表现。通过数字化平台的广泛应用,瑞浦兰钧在制造设备开发过程中不断节能降耗,提升了企业运营效率。

At present, the lithium industry is at the crossroads of a multi-dimensional change and historic opportunity. Dr. Liu Wei, R&D Director of REPT BATTERO's electric cell, gave a speech on the theme of ‘LMFP Wending® Cells for Green Zero-Carbon Transportation’ at the annual meeting.
He mentioned that with the continuous development of the new energy vehicle market, there is a growing demand for high-performance and low-cost anode materials. Lithium manganese ferro-iron phosphate (LMFP), as a new type of anode material with the advantages of high energy density, high safety, long cycle life and environmental friendliness, has seen a gradual increase in market demand.
REPT BATTERO's LMFP battery combines the advantages of LFP and NCM batteries, and with the addition of REPT BATTERO's original Wending® technology, the volumetric energy density of the battery cell can reach up to 520Wh/L, which can facilitate the range of EVs to reach more than 700km; the resistance of the battery cell is reduced by 16%, which reduces the generation of excess heat; it ensures that the retention of the electric capacity can still reach 80% even under the condition of -30℃; the fast charging capability of 10-80% SOC is achieved in less than 18min.
REPT BATTERO received two important awards from GaoGong Lithium Technology - the 2024 Technology Award and the Benchmark Factory of the Year.
The 2024 Technology Award shows the advantages of its GREEN CTP battery pack technology. This technology solves the problems of traditional CTP battery packs, such as the difficulty of after-sales maintenance, high cost, and the space for improving environmental protection grade, etc. It realises the replaceability of a single cell, reduces the after-sales maintenance cost, and improves the environmental protection grade.
The 2024 Benchmark Factory Award demonstrates REPT BATTERO's excellence in productivity, environmental impact and social responsibility.
