2024年9月13日,瑞浦兰钧与东风日产CTP 3.0项目超充动力电池下线仪式于瑞浦兰钧模组产线隆重举行!这标志着双方合作的深化进阶,更是瑞浦兰钧在超充动力电池领域蓬勃发展的又一见证。

On September 13th, 2024, the ultra fast charging power battery launching ceremony for the CTP 3.0 project between REPT BATTERO and Nissan was held in the module production line of REPT BATTERO! This marks the deepening of the cooperation between the two sides, and it is another testimony of REPT BATTERO's prosperous development in the field of power battery.


本次活动中,来自东风日产的技术专家陈尚云和技术主管程全威莅临现场。瑞浦兰钧制造总监李松林、项目总监白雪君和销售总监吴勇平等人出席仪式。

In this event, Chen Shangyun, a technical expert from Nissan, and Cheng Quanwei, a technical supervisor, visited the site. REPT BATTERO. Li Songlin, the Manufacturing Director of REPT BATTERO, Bai Xuejun, the Program Director and Wu Yongping, the Sales Director  attended the ceremony.

本次合作历经十余月,在双方的深入探讨与共同努力下,实现了瑞浦兰钧磷酸铁锂超充电池的顺利下线与整车应用。本次CTP3.0项目,是瑞浦兰钧问顶产品系列的又一新突破,进一步完善了磷酸铁锂电池5C的超快充的产品矩阵,为客户提供更多的超充解决方案选择。

This cooperation project has taken over ten months of joint efforts and struggles from both sides. It successfully produced the ultra fast charging lithum ion battery and applied it in vehicles. This CTP3.0 project is a new breakthrough in REPT BATTERO's WENDING product series, expanding our lithum ion product matrix of 5C ultra fast charging and showing more ultra fast charging solutions to our clients.


高比能、超快充的结合

通过问顶技术的持续创新,电芯内部空间利用率进一步提升,极耳长度进一步缩短,电芯阻抗全面降低10%,成功实现了电芯5C的超充能力和185WH/kg能量密度的双高性能。再结合整包电气和控制系统的高度集成设计,电池包能量密度持续突破,进一步优化了整车能耗。

Through the continuous innovation of WENDING technology, the internal space utilization of the battery cell is further improved, the length of lugs is further shortened and the resistence of the battery cell is comprehensively reduced by 10%, which successfully realizes both 5C super-charging capacity of the battery cell and the energy density of 185WH/kg. Combined with the highly integrated design of the electrical and control system of the whole pack, the energy density of the battery pack continues to make breakthroughs, further lowering the energy consumption of the whole vehicle.



强温控、低成本的结合

5C超充能力的实现,离不开优秀的热管理技术。首先是电芯阻抗降低,全面降低了快充过程中发热量。整包优秀的冷却系统,历经一系列仿真和实物验证,实现超充整包温度的高度可控与平衡,高快充复合下不增加冷却的结构和成本。换言之,就是在尽可能地节省空间、重量,同时实现了低成本、超快充!

The realization of 5C super charging capability cannot be achieved without excellent thermal management technology. Firstly, the lower resistance in cells comprehensively reduces the heat generation in the process of fast charging. The excellent cooling system of the whole pack, after a series of simulation and physical verification, enables the highly controllable and balanced temperature of the whole pack for ultra-charging, without increasing the structure and cost of cooling under the high fast-charging composite. In other words, it saves space and weight as much as possible, while at the same time realizing low cost and ultra-fast charging!
