上海市民办尚德实验学校顺利举办主题为“以学生为中心的数字化赋能学与教”的教师职业发展日。


11月8日,在融合部课程中心的组织下,本学期教师职业发展日顺利举办。本次培训的主题为“以学生为中心的数字化赋能学与教”,旨在促进学生内在驱动力,强化师生互动,推动教学、育人方式的创新。通过一系列专题讲座和实操研讨,教师们倾情构建更具个性化和互动性的学习者社区,助力学生在数智时代中获得全面发展。


On November 8th, the Professional Development Day for this semester was successfully held under the organization of the Integrated Department Curriculum Center. The theme was "Student-Centered Digital Empowerment for Learning and Teaching", aiming to foster students' intrinsic motivation, enhance teacher-student interaction, and promote innovation in pedagogical and educational methods.

Session 1 - 嘉宾主旨演讲



本学期的融合部职业发展日以主题为“促进教师的持久化专业学习”的讲座拉开帷幕。特邀演讲嘉宾Shane Leaning是一位TEDx演讲者和资深的教育组织职业培训教练。Leaning带领全体教师深入探讨了国际教育专业发展培训的五个关键机制:建立知识、激励教师、发展教学技巧、嵌入实践和国际背景。随后,他还介绍了“双钻石”模型在教育领域的应用,启发所有教师找到应对挑战性情况的有效解决方案的四个步骤。


This semester, the Professional Development Day of the Integrated Department kicked off with a keynote speech themed “How to Make Professional Learning Stick”. The guest speaker Shane Leaning, a professional Organization Coach and previously a TEDx Speaker, brought all teachers to a deep dive in the five crucial mechanisms for an effective PD: building knowledge, motivating teachers, developing teaching techniques, embedding practice, and international context.

Session 2 - 数字化工具在教学中的应用


第二部分的培训聚焦于数字化工具在教学中的应用,展示了融合部教师在备课、课堂教学、师生互动和学习评估方面的创新实践。12个分会场中,教师们分享了使用数字化工具跟踪学习进程、设置翻转课堂任务、以及如何在语言教学中应用人工智能等内容。此外,智能手环在体育教学中的应用、LaTeX在教育资源编写中的效率等也是讨论的重点。此次培训拓宽了教师的数字化视野,推动了跨学科合作,进一步促进了学习者社区的建设,为学生创造了更个性化的学习体验。


Session 2 focused on the multidimensional applications of digital tools in teaching, highlighting the innovative practices and outcomes from Intergrated Department teachers in lesson planning, classroom instruction, teacher-student interaction, learning assessment, and supporting students' well-being. Across 12 breakout sessions, experienced teachers shared their research and development highlights. This training further advancing the building of a learner-centered community and creating a more diverse, personalized learning experience for students.

Session 3 - 明师德规范 做暖心导师



为了加强教师队伍的师德师风建设,提升职业素养,融合部德育副校长王雪松开展了“明师德规范,做暖心导师”的师德培训。


培训的第一部分重点解读《新时代上海市中小学教师职业行为十项准则》和《中小学教师违反职业道德行为处理办法》,强调教师应遵守的行为规范及违规后果,增强法律意识和责任感。第二部分通过真实案例警示教师时刻保持职业道德警觉,分享教师与学生的不当行为及管理失误的教训,帮助教师从他人经验中避免失误。最后,王校长重申了全员导师制度,明确了教师在家访、谈心谈话和书面反馈中的职责,强调教师要关注学生的心理与情感需求,通过关怀与沟通促进学生的全面成长。


To strengthen teachers' professional ethics and enhance their qualities, Vice Principal Wang led a training titled "Clarifying Ethical Standards, Becoming Compassionate Mentors."


The training consisted of three parts. First, it focused on interpreting the official regulations. The second part used real cases to highlight the importance of maintaining professional ethics, with examples of misconduct and poor management. Lastly, she emphasized the all-member tutor system, outlining teachers' roles in home visits, conversations, and feedback, and stressed the importance of caring for students' psychological and emotional needs to promote their overall development.

Session 4 - 学科教学实践研讨



在第四部分中,融合部打通小中高三个学段,将相似学科教师汇聚一堂,开设了19个分会场,围绕课程结构、教学目标、评价标准以及学段衔接等主题展开了热烈的讨论与分享。教师们不仅认识到不同课程大纲在培养学生能力方面的共通点,比如逻辑思维、批判性思维与跨学科的综合运用,同时也发现了学科之间的独特要求与侧重点。通过这样的对比与交流,教师们能够更加精准地把握每门课程的教学重点,并在教学实践中灵活运用。


In Session 4, teachers from the same subject group gathered to engage in lively discussions and sharing on topics such as curriculum structure, teaching objectives, assessment standards, and the alignment between different educational stages. Teachers not only recognized the commonalities across different syllabus in terms of developing students' skills, such as logical thinking, critical thinking, and interdisciplinary application, but also identified the unique requirements and emphases of each subject. Through this comparison and exchange, teachers were able to better grasp the key teaching focuses of each course and apply them flexibly in their teaching practice.

Session 5 - 学部专项工作坊



融合部小学

ManageBac档案册制作


融合部小学全体教师共同学习、研讨了如何更好地利用ManageBac平台,制作电子版学生成长档案册,以在更好地聚焦学生的持续性发展变化的同时,有效支撑过程性评价和总结性评价的改进。


All Primary Year teachers learned and discussed how to make better use of the ManageBac platform to create electronic student portfolios to effectively support the improvement of process assessment and summative assessment while better focusing on the continuous development of students.




融合部中学

基于ManageBac的单元计划表撰写



融中的教师们进行了学科组内优秀单元计划表的分享与讨论活动。他们首先梳理了单元计划表的组成部分,随后分别探讨了如何撰写设计单元探究说明以及构建不同类型的探究问题。通过对单元计划表样本的细致评价,教师们进一步明确了优秀单元计划表的具体标准。


Middle Year Program teachers conducted a sharing session of excellent unit plans within each subject group. They first sorted out the components of the unit planner, then discussed how to design unit exploration instructions and various types of inquiry questions. Through detailed evaluations of the sample unit plan, teachers gained further clarity on specific criteria for an outstanding unit plan.




融合部高中

Kognity教师培训


在融合部图书馆的组织之下,融合部高中全体教师开展了针对Kognity这一数字化学习平台的线上培训。Kognity旨在支持包括IBDP、IGCSE以及美国高中课程在内的多种课程体系。平台提供互动式数字教材和丰富的工具,例如班级和个人表现的详细分析、用于评估的题库以及自动反馈选项。这些功能不仅能帮助教师优化课程规划,还能提供学生理解情况的深度洞察,从而支持在各课程体系中的个性化学习。


Organized by Integrated Department Library, High School Department conducted an online training session focusing on the digital learning platform Kognity. It is designed to support a range of curricula, including IBDP, IGCSE, and American high school courses. It offers interactive digital textbooks that integrate content, assessment, and real-time analytics, making it easier for teachers to monitor student progress and adapt instruction across various subject areas.

Session 6 - 反思与展望


在职业发展日的尾声,融合部全体教师通过填写问卷对各个培训场次做出了反馈。整体来看,老师们普遍对数字化工具的实际应用和学科组研讨反响热烈,认为这些内容与融合部的教学需求高度契合,提供了有实际操作性的思路。许多老师指出,这些场次不仅拓宽了教学视野,还让他们更有信心尝试在课堂中整合不同的方法和工具,为学生创造更加多元的学习环境。


At the end of the Professional Development Day, all teachers provided feedback on each training session through a questionnaire. Overall, teachers responded enthusiastically to sessions on the practical application of digital tools and subject group discussions, viewing these topics as highly relevant to our teaching needs and offering actionable insights. 



本次融合部职业发展日不仅加深了学科教师间的理解和合作,更为未来的教学实践提供了丰富的启示和思路。各学段之间的衔接更加顺畅,各学科之间的交流更加紧密,教师们一致表示,将继续以学生为本,不断探索和创新,推动教育教学不断向前发展。


The PD day not only deepened the understanding and collaboration among subject teachers, but also provided valuable insights and ideas for future teaching practices. The alignment between different educational stages became smoother, and communication between subjects grew closer. Teachers unanimously expressed their commitment to continuing a student-centered approach, exploring and innovating constantly, and advancing education and teaching forward.
