Pre-bachelor: one semester, March intake 2025, tuition 17,500yuan/semester
After pass pre-bachelor final exam you will enter bacheor course ↓

(Except MBBS/pharmacy, in case any other major no enough applicants, that major may be canceled in autumn.)
Dorm Fee
RMB 5,000-9,000 /person/academic year;
Note: 1 academic year counted as 10 months usually
Who Can Apply
1. 18-30 years old, non-Chinese citizens, with a high school diploma or above.
2. Better you have any English certificate and better with high school CGPA 16/20 or above
Note: Applicants from English-speaking countries or receiving the last degree withthe instruction in English are exempt from submitting the English proficiency certificates, but the certificate of English medium issued by the school graduated from shall be provided.
Application Materials
1. Scanned copy of valid passport’s information page;
2. Scanned copy of Highest Academic Degree Certificate, Expected Graduation Certificate for fresh graduates (original one and English-translated one. After being pre-admitted, applicants are required to submit final Graduation Certificate to be eligible for official admission.);
3. Scanned copies of transcript of all courses during the highest academic degree education (original one and English-translated one);
4. ID photo (2-inch white background photo);
5. Scanned copy of Foreigner’s Physical Examination Form completed in Chinese or English;
6. English self-introduction video (0.5-1 minute only);
7. Certificate of language proficiency;
8. Personal Statement (400-800 words in english or chinese) Introduce yourself in details, explain your understanding of China, the reasons and your expectations for studying at HUST
9. Non-criminal Certificate
10. Financial Certification/Bank Statement (5,000 USD or above).
11. Scanning copies of award certificates, honorary certificates and other materials if any;
Note:
★ If you want to apply engineering directly without pre-bachelor, you need IELTS 5.5 or TOEFL 80 above and need to pass entrance exam. If want to study MBBS, need to apply pre-bachelor if Iranian/Iraq, etc. students, and all students need to pass semester final exam to enter bachelor study.
★ The University will request for supplementary materials when necessary.
★ Original Authorization to the Guardian (for self-supporting applicants under the age of 18 by September 1, 2025) needs to be notarized with signatures. If not notarized in China, the endorsement of local Chinese Embassy is required. Guardians shall be Chinese or foreign adults who reside in China with stable source of income.
