1. Age: 18-40 years old.
2. Be in good health. Applicants shall provide qualified Certificate of Physical Examination.
3. Applicants should have a high school diploma or above, with good academic scores in mathematics, physics, chemistry and biology.
Documents List:
1. The biographic page of the applicant’s passport (personal ordinary passport must be valid until at least October 31st, 2025).
2. The high school diploma or equivalent or pre-graduation certification. If the applicant has not received the high school diploma or equivalent yet, a pre-graduation certification should be presented to affirm the applicant will graduate soon (the official seal of the school must be affixed). Note: Applicants who apply using a pre-graduation certificate must state their expected graduation time and must obtain a graduation certificate before enrolling in March 2025.
3. Transcripts of all courses taken when pursuing the high school degree (the official seal of the school must be affixed).
4. Letter of Motivation (please ask the template from our staff). Applicants applying for Chinese-taught programs should write in Chinese, and applicants applying for English-taught programs should write in English.
5. Language Proficiency Proof. The language certificate must be within the validity period at the time of application. If applicants provide the proof which states that the entire program was given in English or Chinese, it has to be issued, signed and stamped by the university that administered the program.

8. Scanned copies of Statement of Financial Support through a Guarantor and its supporting documents including:
(1) Statement of Financial Support through a Guarantor, which should be filled in in Chinese or English (please ask the template from our staff);
(2) Bank Statement certifying that the applicant has sufficient funds to cover his or her tuition, accommodation, living expenses and international travels during his or her study in China;
(3) The scanned copies of the passport biographic page or I.D. card of the applicant’s financial guarantor (only the applicant himself/herself or his/her direct family can act as a financial guarantor).

About the program
Starting the MBBS program in 2002, Our university is one of the first 45 universities to admit international students to the program in English. We was recognized as the Demonstration Base for international student education by the Ministry of Education in 2013. Over the 20 years, our university has cultivated 1000 graduates from 34 countries. Currently more than 300 students studying here from 25 countries and regions in Asia, Europe, America, Africa and Australia, etc.
Duration and degree of the program
The duration of the MBBS program is 6 years. Students should complete the program within a maximum of 8 years. Qualified students will receive the Bachelor Degree of Medicine.
Structure of Clincal Medicine(MBBS) curriculum
Stage 1: Strengthen language learning and basic subject knowledge
In the first year, students focus on languages study, basic sciences courses, medical introductory theory, cultural experiences, etc., which can help students gain solid Chinese listening and speaking abilities and better adjust to medical study and living in China.
Stage 2: Basic medical knowledge learning
In the 2-3 years, students will mainly concentrate on basic medical courses, such as Cell Biology, Histology and Embryology, Human Genetics, Human Anatomy, Human Physiology, Pathology, Biochemistry, Pharmacology, Molecular Biology, Pathophysiology, Medical Immunology, Problem Based Learning (PBL), etc.
Stage 3: Clinical Courses
In the 4-5 years, students will mainly have clinical courses including Internal Medicine, Surgery Medicine, Gynecology and Obstetrics, Pediatrics, Psychiatry, Dermatology, Community Medicine, Neurology, Medical Imagology, Clinical Skills Training, etc.
Stage 4: Clinical rotation in our affiliated hospital.
