I try, sitting for much of the day at my computer. But I also sit at the kitchen table, in front of the TV, and sometimes in planes, trains or automobiles. “If you look at people’s lives, what do they do? They just sit,” says Neville Owen, a behavioral epidemiologist at the Center for Urban Transitions at Swinburne University of Technology in Melbourne. Many adults sit for more than half the time they are awake. 再听一遍,这次跟着模仿(听不懂你模仿的没关系,跟不上也没关系,就尽量模仿你听到的音!)
朗读一遍原文
这个时候才花点时间查不懂的内容(但查询的时间不要超过总练习时间的三分之一!)
1-3步骤再重复2-3遍
